About this property

"The Hidden Home" is hidden in the maze of alleys of Speyer's historic old town in the former tanner's quarter directly on the medieval city wall. Our house is newly renovated, completed in May 2013 and offers you five beautiful, well-kept apartments of approx. 36 - 46 sqm, all with light-beamed ceilings, some with their own terrace to the southwest, its own small courtyard and car parking space by arrangement.

The apartments are ideal for singles, couples or small families with children with enough space even for longer stays. In addition to the French bed in the bedroom, a high-quality sofa bed is available for a third person in the living room.

Apartment 2 is classified with 4 stars, apartments 1, 3, 4 and 5 with 3 stars by the DTV - German Tourism Association.

Enjoy the peace and security - only 300m from the center.

Apartment 2 is a 4-star apartment on the 1st Upper floor, approx. 41 m² for 1 - 2 people, 3rd Person possible (sofa bed) for € 15, - / night.

The apartment is furnished with a mix of modern furniture and selected old things.

The price includes the sole available large roof terrace of 36 m² to SW.
Sun all day - seating, umbrella and deck chairs included.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher and stove. Oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with 4 * freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

In the living room you will find a modern flat screen LED TV, a DVD player and a radio with CD player and MP3 connection.

Of course you can access the Internet free of charge via WLAN.

The bed linen is professionally cleaned.

lovely spacious apartment with all you need for your stay

this was a lovely spacious apartment with a large outside space to relax in . It was well equipped with all you require for cooking , even had a full sized oven . It was in a very good location , 5 minutes walk to the center of Speyer, would highly recommend it to all.

Insel der Ruhe

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stil- u. liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist an seinem Platz und die Terrasse ist ein Ort der Ruhe. Man ist mittendrin und eine Minute später genießt man ein schönes Glas Wein auf dieser tollen Terrasse. Vielen Dank und wir können diese Wohnung nur allen ans Herz legen. Beste Grüße

Ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um Speyer zu besichtigen

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Sie befindet sich an einem sehr ruhigen Ort, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viele Orte können zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Überraschung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, Speyer zu besuchen kann ich nur empfehlen. Unser Apartment war schön mit riesiger Terrasse. Es war aber auch das merkwürdigste Apartment das wir je hatten. Im Hauptraum stand eine Couch zum ausziehen(für eine 3. Person) - hätte man das getan, wäre man allerdings nur schwer aus dem- oder in das Schlafzimmer gekommen. Die Couch steht also am völlig falschen Platz. Im Schlafzimmer musste man sehr aufpassen, weil Bad- und Schlafzimmertür sich ständig im Weg waren. Wäre die Schlafzimmertür eine Schiebetür gewesen, hätte es überhaupt kein Problem gegeben. Unerklärlich warum man sich für die aktuelle Version entschieden hat. Für ein paar Übernachtungen kann man sich mit diesen Ungereimtheiten arrangieren, aber schön war vor allem das Tür-Desaster nicht.

Hidden Home

Die Ferienwohnung war geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Toll ist die Dachterrasse! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Speyer sehr genossen.
