You will never have to get into your car so just take a walk down to all the trendy eatery's on Washington Blvd.
This is one of the best coastal communities in Southern California. Walk a few blocks to all the trendy and hip restaurants and shops. Walk or bike to everything you need; from the world famous Venice boardwalk to the Venice Canals to the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd street promenade. We have 5 kids with us, and the place was big enough for all of us. Beautiful place, very clean, and centrally located to nice restaurants, stores and beaches. Nina was very helpful with our needs. Would definitely stay again in our next trip. Thanks Nina.

I think my 10 year old son summed It up best when he walked in "Epic". It was a fantastic 8 night stay with our family, children and grandparents. The apartment is "chic",spacious, well equipped, comfortable and having a garage, bikes, beach equipment was a real bonus. The area was very friendly and quiet and a short walk to the beach. There are some good local eateries and its not far to Abbot Kinny Boulevard where there are some truly fantastic gastronomical delights ( the owner has several recommendations). It is also situated near to the marina should you wish to hire a boat.
we never found the apartment to hot, there were plenty of fans and I felt safe having the windows open whilst in the apartment.
Overall it was a fantastic stay and If I return to the area I would certainly return to this apartment.
The unit was comfortable and spacious for my husband, myself and our 4 children. Wonderful location, steps from the beach and and convenient for sightseeing.
I have created a binder with my fav restaurants, yoga studio's, attractions, hair salons, and fun bike routes in the area. I also added suggestions for sights to see with driving directions. I have beach toys for use; bikes, surf boards, boogie boars, and beach chairs.
It's a great area, almost private beach without a boardwalk which is ideal! The walk to the beach is literally less than 5 mins. Just cross Pacific street & voila!
