This home is decorated with comfort in mind. The carpeted living room features comfy furniture, a big screen TV with Firestick and Xfinity Flex. The tiled open and spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing meals for the crew. There are granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with everything you need to dine in or grill. The dining area seats eight with three additional bar stools at the counter bar. The wooden stairs lead to the three bedrooms upstairs and the laundry closet. The carpeted master bedroom offers a spectacular view of the lake. The two master walk-in closets as well as a linen closet ensures that you have plenty of room for your belongings. The master bath has both an over-sized shower and an over-sized tub, double sinks and a huge counter area. The queen spare room includes a dresser and nightstand plus a full size closet. The bunk bed room features two sets of bunks and full sized closet. The third full bath is situated near both spare rooms and has a linen closet in the hallway. The washer and dryer are located in a closet in the upstairs hallway and also has a huge closet across the hall for storage. The outdoor lanai has room for entertaining at the dining area, grilling on the gas grill and keeps you cool with two ceiling fans. The outdoor speakers are wired to separate indoor audio from the outdoor system so the TV can be on indoors and music can play on screened patio and on the dock. Nice property with everything you need.

Family Fun Lake House

This lake house has it all! From the stocked kitchen and quality linens to the anchored buoys for easy boating we enjoyed our stay immensely. The house itself is spacious with a great screened porch and epic rope swing that provided hours of entertainment for the kids and kids at heart.

Perfect Lake getaway with our kids!

We absolutely love everything about the house, dock and location! The neighbors are the best and we look forward to seeing them as well each year. The house is immaculate and so relaxing. This will forever be our favorite and go to spot! Perfect time always 🧡

We are year round Florida residents. We enjoy getting away for the weekend with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our vacation home to accomodate our family and friends on weekends and long holidays. The serenity of a lake property offers many the opportunity to relax as well as take advantage of water sports like wakeboarding, canoeing and fishing. We visited Lake Placid a few years ago and were taken with the friendly and hometown feel of the area. Being on the lake allows young and old to enjoy being near, on or in the water.

What makes this property unique

The spacious home and the lake front location allow us to relax and play. We enjoy watching television, have wired the screened in porch with speakers for music, and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and utilize the lake for swimming, boating and fishing. The upstairs is reserved for sleeping and has plenty of space to store belongings.

There are two HVAC units to keep the upstairs and downstairs living areas at comfortable temperatures.
A door at the top of the stairs allows each to operate at their best capacity.
Double french doors facing the lake open up for fresh breezes.
