Exclusive and gorgeous villa with plenty of space and comfort in the heart of Andalusia

The 180sqm, traditional yet modern villa is situated in a quiet and idyllic location on a slight hill overlooking the mountains and the surrounding nature reserve of the Sierra de Tejeda, not far from the picturesque village of Alhama de Granada. Right between Malaga and Granada.

Here you can escape the hectic everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet.

From here you have an ideal starting point to discover the region between Malaga and Granada. The nearby airport in Malaga is about 70 km away and easily accessible by car.

A contact person is also on the spot. Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed and receive a short handover as well as information about the shopping possibilities in the closer environment.

The villa offers upscale facilities, attractive furnishings with modern flat screen TVs, underfloor heating on the ground floor, music system, fireplace in the living room and studio. In the spacious living area with open kitchen and seating for up to 8 people, glass doors lead to the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and enjoy the view.

For the active, the 7,000 square meters of fully fenced property has its own Hartcourt tennis court (tennis rackets as well as balls are available free of charge). Then I can cool down at the hotel's own heatable pool of 12 x 5m and relax in the garden or the hammock. In the evening, you can relax on the terrace and use the gas grill for your bbq.
