The brick house built in 1927 was left in the outer shell and reminds with its natural charm of bygone times. This cozy 110 sqm holiday home - surrounded by a 4. 500 sqm fenced plot - is located in a natural location on the edge of Wartin, an idyllic village. He gained notoriety through his beautiful castle, which belonged to the Knights of the noble family of Blankenburg. The surrounding fields and small lakes invite to relaxed walks and excursions.
The ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and div. Usual small appliances (eg. Microwave), dishes.
The house has two living rooms with comfortable seating. One room is equipped with SAT TV.
The bathroom has a large modern shower, a modern mirror cabinet combination with vanity and a toilet.
