The historic house from the 17th Century in Mitschegasse with its typical Lungau facade, has been completely renovated in recent years with great effort and using historical building materials and building elements.
The house Mitschegasse 18 is located in the center of Tamsweg, idyllically situated on the Leisnitzbach. The apartment is on the ground floor and, as can be seen in the photos, is very comfortably furnished with a living room, bedroom with a pine bed, bathroom with a spacious shower. In the house there is also a storage compartment for skis and ski boots, etc.
Tamsweg with the pilgrimage church of St. Leonhard, the giant Samson and the Preber region with the local mountain Preber, offers a lot of leisure experiences. Experience an unforgettable holiday in largely untouched nature in the "southernmost corner" of Salzburg at 1024 m above sea level, combined with a wide range of leisure activities and a touch of nostalgia. Tamsweg in Salzburg's Lungau offers everyone something for their winter holiday happiness. Be it rapid toboggan runs, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or downhill runs. The ski buses are free in connection with the ski pass and drive from the Postplatz (30m from our house) to your ski areas. You can find conviviality for après-ski on a cozy alpine pasture or in one of the numerous Tamsweg restaurants.
Tamsweg is the ideal starting point for countless hikes and mountain tours. You can take the valley bus (also from Postplatz) to the beautiful valleys of the Lungau.
