Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island in the city of Bradenton Beach, this completely remodeled condo is in a prime location at the west end of picturesque Historic Bridge Street, right next to the popular Beach House Restaurant and provides a vacationer with all the options.

The living quarters are complete in every way: new fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, LG washer/dryer, WiFi, cable flat screen TV in every room and more.

Beach, Pool, Sun and Sunsets: Gulf View is located directly on the beach. Walk from your condo right on to the beach and wade into the Gulf of Mexico. Take a dip or lounge by the heated pool reserved for Gulf View guests on your way to the beach or when you return.

Everything you could want is within walking distance! Take a ride on the Free Island Trolley that runs from 7:30 am until 10pm up and down the island.

Historic Bridge Street has a variety of restaurants with outdoor music,ice cream shops, boutiques, mini-golf, fishing, boating, even Segway tours --you name it, you can enjoy it from Gulf View.

Stroll the smooth, white sand beach south to Longboat Pass or north all the way to Bean Point. Watch the manatees and dolphins frolic in the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. Kids can wade, build sand castles or chase the gulls. Enjoy the antics of the pelicans and other diving birds as they plunge into the Gulf to catch fish.

At the end of the day, kick back and delight in the gorgeous sunsets as seen from your private, screened balcony. There is absolutely nothing to block your view of this magnificent, daily extravaganza by Mother Nature.

Activities: Walk to shopping on picturesque Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach or ride the free Trolley to stores in Holmes Beach or the City of Anna Maria Drive to shopping at the famous St. Armand's Circle. Enjoy shelling, fishing, parasailing, swimming and miniature golf with out ever starting your car. Or, drive a short distance to outlet malls, golf courses, movie theaters, nature trails, high-end shopping, art galleries and the world renowned Ringling complex featuring an art gallery, circus museum and restored mansion. Venture further to Busch Gardens in Tampa (1 hour) or Disney World in Orlando (2 hours)

Frequent special events include art fairs, farmers' markets, flea markets and historic celebrations.

Exactly what we needed

This unit was just as described, refurbished, in excellent condition, well equipped and very clean. The views are magnificent and being just a stones throw from Bridge Street ultra convenient. I just wished I'd booked an additional week. Thank you Yvette & Harry

Fantastic Gulf View Apartment

We had a fantastic time in this condo. As you walk into the apartment it is light, clean and very attractively decorated throughout and through the patio windows, you are met by a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean, which is literally a stones throw away. There is everything to cater for a family of four with every facility that is required to cook a meal, if required, with ample dishes, cutlery and a large fridge and freezer. From televisions, books, games, beach chairs to a cupboard full of towels, I don’t think there is anything that Rick and Nancy have not provided, as we felt it was like home from home. Access to the balcony can be gained from the main bedroom and the lounge and the balcony is covered with a mosquito screen so you don’t have to worry about being bitten at night. The condo is in a really good position with about six restaurants within easy walking distance and although a car is needed to reach the island which is approximately 2 hours from Orlando Airport, you can leave it in the parking bay and walk to one of the many restaurants and walk miles along the beach. One of the best restaurants and the most popular is the Beach House Restaurant, we ate there twice and had good service and meals. It is a great place to go and sit almost on the beach to watch the sunset, and what lovely sunsets we had. Just over the road is Oma Pizza and Banana Cabana the other direction is Bridge Street which has some nice shops and the Sun House Inn, a little further is Rotten Ralph’s on the pier which also does good food and is nice to sit outside and watch the pelicans and herons flying over. Opposite the pier is the Bridge Tender Inn. There are quite a few other restaurants around the island, but we ate at the sister restaurant to the Beach House Restaurant called the Sandbar. This was near to the top of the island with seating on the beach and on a boarded area, with a large indoor eating area, again a good place to eat. Just over the road from here is a bar called Feeling Swell and they have a happy hour from 2.00 - 6.00 p.m. with beer at $1 a pint. We caught the excellent free trolley bus which runs up and down the island until 10.00 p.m.. The beauty of this lovely island, which reminds me of some of the Caribbean islands with crystal clear blue water and powder white sands is that it is unspoilt by high rise buildings and retains a lot of its original charm. Lovely apartment, lovely island, lovely weather, lovely holiday. Thank
