Beautiful apartment in a single-family house, which has been converted into 2 holiday apartments - located on a 1. 300 sqm large hillside property in a quiet location on the outskirts of Glonn (Oberbayern) with a beautiful mountain view.

The apartment "Wendelsteinblick" is located on the first floor of the holiday house 'Traudl' and has:

Living room with sofa bed and TV and balcony access

Kitchen with dining table and ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and other good equipment such as coffee machine, water cooker, soda club etc.

Bedroom (double bed) with wardrobe, chest of drawers and seating as well as balcony access

Another bedroom (2 single beds, one with 1.20 m width) with chest of drawers, mirror and seat as well as balcony access

Bathroom with shower / bathtub / WC and 2 washbasins, hair dryer available

Separate toilet

2 balconies with balcony furniture

All rooms with electric shutters (except roof windows) and insect grilles (except kitchen and bathroom), parquet Tiles and natural stone floors

A car parking space belongs to the apartment.

In the cellar there is laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities as well as a games room for common use; Garden also for common use.

The place Glonn is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Here you can find all shops for the daily needs (Edeka, Penny, baker, butcher shops etc.).

Ebersberg, Wasserburg am Inn, Munich, Rosenheim, but also Kufstein, the Chiemsee as well as Salzburg with the S-Bahn or the train is easily accessible from Grafing station (about 10 kilometers away). You can reach Grafing station either by car (P + R car park) or by bus (Glonn station).

Notes:
Glonn is a state-approved resort. Here are our house rules: Checkin is possible from 15 to 18 o'clock, checkout is possible from 8 to 11 o'clock. The wearing of street shoes is not desired in the living rooms. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen inventory used by you and the loading / unloading of the dishwasher; this cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Also, the grill outdoors after a use to clean again. Please also remove the bed linen on the day of departure and dispose of the waste in the existing containers. The roof windows are always close when it rains and before leaving the apartment. In addition, due to legal requirements, registration forms must be completed and signed.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, perfekt ausgestattet, in wunderbar ruhiger Lage, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten von dort aus die Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir haben einen angenehmen Familienurlaub verbracht.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort

In dieser Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was zu einem entspannten Urlaub nötig ist. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alle Räume sind sehr großzügig gestaltet, so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die Berge. Das Städtchen Glonn ist mit dem Fahrzeug in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und in den Geschäften erhält man alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Sobald es uns wieder nach Bayern zieht, versuchen wir wieder diese Wohnung zu buchen. Danke an Frau Dima für die zuvorkommende Betreuung.

sehr freundliche, ruhige Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr sauber, angenehm und mit allem ausgestattet, was für eine Familie mit Kleinkinder benötigt wird. Die Umgebung lädt ein zu Wanderungen, Reiterurlaub, Pil(s)e suchen :-), (Aying mit seinem Biergarten ist ganz in der Nähe) und München mit der S-Bahn gut zu erreichen.

Kann man getrost weiterempfehlen und werden wir wohl auch wiederbuchen, wenn möglich.
