The half-timbered house was built around 1795 as an old restaurant and operated as such in the 80 years. The building is under monument protection. It is located on a large lake, which adjoins the own garden directly. In 2005, the ground floor was completely renovated by the new owners according to old plans by maintaining the old wooden flooring and in the hallway and kitchen was supplemented by Mecklenburger tiles. Bathrooms and heaters have been completely renovated. Windows and doors were installed under monument protection. In some cases natural materials were used in the interior and the half-timbered structure was released. The plot size is about 2000 square meters. Two apartments were completed on the ground floor and in the 1st. Floor two more bedrooms. An additional guest lounge is available in the first hallway of the entrance area. The entrance area was provided with floor heating. From there you reach the two apartments and the first floor. Each apartment has its own large terrace with a view of the Hofsee. On a small hill, an old Mirabelle tree gives shade and is a special attraction with its fire place. The garden leads to the lake, here is a jetty, a little further away also a shallow swimming area. Fishing directly in front of the house with own boat possible. Very cozy also at the winter time.
