About this property

We offer you an approx. 70 sqm lounge consisting of a spacious kitchen and breakfast lounge as well as a cozy couch area with your own TV.

The kitchen at your disposal is equipped with dishes / cutlery for up to 60 people. It has a spacious refrigerator, a 90 cm oven with associated ceramic hob, a steam cooker and a warming drawer, as well as a dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee machine.

,, Cramped bathroom when traveling `` ...... that was yesterday! During your stay with us, we offer you a spacious bathroom with a large sink and mirrors, a bathtub and shower with rain shower. There is also a washing machine with a capacity of approx. 5 kg and a clothes horse.

Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost.
The bathroom is heated by underfloor heating.
Both double rooms have no separate bathroom / toilet. Shared use of the bathroom.

We offer 2 modern double rooms with double bed or 2 single beds. The rooms are equipped with TV and Wi-Fi connection, as well as an open clothes storage and seating for 2 people.
An extra bed for small children with a travel cot is possible.
Our outdoor area is still under renovation.

Super große Wohnung die sehr modern eingerichtet ist. Nette Mieter die oben drüber wohnen. Leider mussten wir Gesundheitlich dort eher abreisen. Wir kommen wieder..
