Stunning Views
I cannot say enough good things about this property. The 11th floor views from every room are amazing. You can open all the windows on the patio and truly feel outside. The apartment has everything you need for morning coffee, tea, laundry and easy grocery shopping across the street. The tram and train stops are 1 block away. Only a few stops and you arrive at the city center. A few blocks behind the apartment are Mediterranean open air markets. Fish, dates, fruits, veges, prepared food, cheeses, and on and on. The pictures are accurate. The beds and linens were comfty after a long day and we slept perfectly. As busy as the street traffic below is the sky view apartment is quiet. We will definitely return. Thanks for opening your home. Cheers.

Excellent Apartment but not a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment
The views of the city from any of the windows are amazing. It is also centrally located and right next to the subway and tram lines. The apartment is modern with all the conveniences that you would want. However, it is not a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment as advertised. At best it is a 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is amazing but the 2nd bedroom is only large enough for a single bed. What they call a 3rd bedroom is really the living room with a sleeper sofa. It does not have a door and is right next to the dining room/kitchen. The 2nd bathroom does not have a shower. The 4 of us rented the apartment assuming that we would have separate bedrooms with doors and 2 bathrooms with showers. Instead we had to coordinate everything we did in the apartment such as when we went to sleep and when we woke up.

Possibly the most elegant apartment in Vienna!
We had the most extraordinary stay in Dr. Seywald's Skyflat apartment. The view was incredible - St. Stephan's Cathedral, the Rathaus, the Prater Ferris wheel, plus a remarkable old church right in front of our window (we learned it is named Sankt Fransiscus). The vacation home was immaculately clean, with every amenity. The kitchen was super well stocked - everything you would need to cook in. But the neighborhood had so many interesting restaurants, we never had the chance. The location is a bit of a distance from the historic section of town (hence the views!) but the U-Bahn is literally 2 minutes walking from the front door of the building, and from there, the entire city is within easy reach. We hope our travels take us to Vienna again, and we very much hope we can stay here again! _ Reni & Jeff, New York
