Disappointing

Very disappointed with Home away, as we were informed that the first property that we booked back in October 2018 was ‘no longer available’ a matter of weeks before we were due to travel. We therefore had very little choice of properties when we tried to book another as it was so close to the holiday date. We had already booked fights and a hire car, so could not change the dates of our holiday. Good location for visiting many attractions but was on a very busy and noisy road. Not very clean on arrival, it appeared not to have been let for a long time. Visitors book needed updating and more information on the local area would have been useful. Kitchen tap broken, washing machine flooded the bathroom, hairdryer faulty, no BBQ grill. Photos of inside the property were accurate. Photos of roof terrace showed 2 loungers and an umbrella, none of which were there when we got there. The staff at the local Interhome office were fantastic, they were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Location simple et pratique pour visiter la péninsule de Sorrento. Logement agréable. Mais terrasse pas très pratique. Maison au bord d'une route avec beaucoup de circulation. Wifi ne fonctionne que par intermitence.

rural retreat

A comfortable apartment with lovely terrace and helpful owners lovely views and a comfortable bed and the shutters on all the windows make it even better to keep it cool dark and to block out sound too for light sleepers. Thankyou.

Maison sympathique

Nous étions bien logés. La terrasse est bienvenue. Il manque cependant quelques attentions pour les locataires: à savoir de laisser sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre, surtout pour ceux qui arrivent en avion.
