Imagine being just a stroll away from the crystal clear Adriatic sea! The Villa Loredana is
located only 400 meters from the nearest beach, in a warm and sunny area of the village Vinkuran.
On 800 square meters of completely private and fenced property where pets are welcome, you will find
a private swimming pool, outside covered terrace, a barbecue and plenty of parking space.
The house features 5 double bedrooms with large and comfortable king size beds, two full bathrooms
and an additional toilet. The main kitchen is fully equipped, with all the cutlery, appliances and dishes,
and there is an extra kitchen for all the quick coffees or smaller meals!
Large windows and spacious terraces provide sunlight and fresh air, with wonderful views to the intact nature
of Istria! WiFi is available throughout the house.

Es war sehr sehr schön super Haus 100% weiter zu empfehlen

Location de deux maisons au calme avec piscine
Déçue par cette location au vu du prix!! Nous pensions louer comme décrit sur l'annonce une maison de 300m2 avec un terrain clos. Au final, vous louez deux maisons avec deux entrées différentes : la 1ère maison est composée de 3 chambres et la 2nde maison de 2 chambres.
Le terrain n'est pas entièrement clôturé (il n'y a pas de portail...) mais se situe dans une impasse au calme.
Pour accéder à la piscine et à la terrasse couverte, il faut faire le tour de la maison (le rez de chaussée de la maison étant condamné....), la maison principale est à l'étage il n'y a pas d'accès de plain pied à la piscine.
La piscine est propre et nettoyée toutes les semaines.

Tolles neueingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem sehr Zentrumsnah
ein sehr schön Haus mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten .wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie eine Woche da.Wir hatten sehr viel Platz im Haus und auch auf dem Grundstück .Es war alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts .die Kinder nutzten den Pool immer nach dem schwimmen im Meer sehr ausgiebig.das Einkaufszentrum in Pula liegt keine 5 km entfernt und nach Kamenjak war es auch nicht weit.Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub dank des schönen geräumigen Hauses .
Location
Vinkuran is a small and calm village just minutes outside of Pula. Located in the far south of Istria,
it features warm and sunny days with fresh air from clean and intact nature.
There are millions of wonderful beach spots all around - sand beaches, pebble beaches and rocky beaches are only minutes away.
The large supermarket Konzum is only a 4 minute drive away, there are numerous excellent restaurants all around.
Bike rental is available, the wonderful and exciting historic centre Pula is a short drive away.
