About this property

Our country house reminds me a little of the "Gabriele Müntherhäuschen" in Murnau. About 100 m2 in size, it has a good old room, with a fireplace and an open kitchen. In addition to the rooms, there are a total of 3 rooms, a beautiful terrace with a small garden, which is decorated with various plants and fruit trees.

Ideal for families with small children but also for adults who want to use the location as a central starting point for activities in the Upper Bavarian region, the Five Lakes Region. Close to the Ammersee, Landsberg, Augsburg and Munich,

- Nearby there is a very nice petting zoo for children, with a nice large playground and pony yard,

- The Lechtalbad in Kaufering

- The Rittergut Kaltenberg is also very close,

- Good starting point for bike tours in the Bavarian area,

- If you want to take the S-Bahn to Munich, you can do this from Geltendorf, 7 km - 9 minutes away,

- The old town of Landsberg am Lech is 12 km away, in 15 minutes. Ammersee is also 15 minutes away,

- Augsburg is a good half hour away, Munich in three quarters of an hour.

Gravierende Mängel

Lage und Umgebung sind wie beschrieben sehr schön. Auf den urigen Charme eines in die Jahre gekommenen Häuschens waren wir eingestellt und haben es auch so vorgefunden. Leider gab es gravierende Mängel: - im unteren Schlafzimmer war eine Bodendiele weit nach unten weggebrochen und lediglich mit einem Eimer gekennzeichnet - im gleichen Raum war die Heizung defekt - der Garten war als Spielplatz kaum zu nutzen, da der Sandkasten sehr zugewachsen war, der Zaun bestand aus mehr Lücken, denn als Abgrenzung nach außen und insgesamt war es im Garten verwahrlost Für kleine Kinder stellt der Ölofen eine Gefahr dar, da es keine Schutzgitter gibt, aber auch keine Alternative das ganze Haus zu beheizen.

Schöner Urlaub

Daa Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und man kommt mit dem Auto wunderbar überall hin. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Im Bad gab es eine Waschmaschine, was großartig war. Im Kinderzimmer war ganz viel Spielzeug was die Kinder sehr gefreut hat. Grundsätzlich muss man sagen das man für den Preis nicht meckern kann. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage, waren allerdings auch den ganzen Tag unterwegs.

Kleines "Hexenhaus" mit Charme

Das Objekt ist in seiner Einfachheit gut beschrieben, der Umgang mit der Ölheizung ist aufgrund der Beschreibung gut möglich-behagliche Wärme. Küche eigentlich sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es fehlen definitiv Eierbecher und -löffel (ein sehr schöner Becher war vorhanden, wir haben Schnapsgläser genommen...), es könnten mehr kleinere Löffel da sein...aber das war nicht schlimm. Ein Sofa haben wir nicht vermisst, wir haben die Sitzecke genutzt (die Auflagen könnten dicker sein, wenn man abends noch zusammensitzt). Das TV wurde kaum genutzt, war aber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (wir sind älteren Semesters, Netflix u.s. w. werden Jüngere dafür begrüssen). Im Sommer kann man Terasse und Garten sicher gut nutzen. Alles in Allem haben wir uns schnell dran gewöhnt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Bäcker, Einkauf und Essen gab's in Weil, ca. 2,5 km entfernt.
