About this property

Nice holiday home in the style of Languedoc. Adjacent to the vineyards and Massif de la Clape, nature reserve. In about 15 minutes, the long sandy beach in Narbonne Plage on the French Mediterranean can be reached. This spacious villa sleeps 6 people. The terrace has an electric awning. The house offers a bright spacious living / dining room, with direct access to the terrace, equipped with garden table and deck chairs.

A toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and American fridge,

* Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and double sink. Also, the house has one of two rooms reachable balcony,

* Room 1: (children's room) a loft bed with pull-out slatted frame, a folding bed (reserve) Sleeping accommodation up to 3 persons 90 x 200cm double fitted wardrobe, small glass table and chair.

Super séjour à la maison des collines

La maison était parfaite!..bien équipée et très propre! Localisation parfaite aussi car à côté de la plage et quartier très calme. Nous avons appréciés nos échanges avec Mme Stoll(la personne qui nous accueillie et qui « gère »le logement),qui a été réactive à nos demandes et d’une très grande amabilité:) Merci encore de la part de toute la famille!

Alles da für perfekten Urlaub

Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super ausgestattete Küche und die Terrasse hinter dem Haus im eigenen Garten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferien in Narbonne

Das Fereinhaus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Alles was wir zu einem gelingenden Urlaub brauchten war vorhanden, auch die kleinen Details, die das Leben einfacher machen, wie ein Laufstall für unseren Jüngsten und die elektrische Markise für die Terasse. Wir haben die Ruhe der Lage genossen, den guten Standart der Einrichtung (z.B. vernünftige Matratzen) und uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
