Our Non smoking apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the ground floor.
It can accommodate up to four people in two separate rooms.
Shops are within walking distance. The city center, shopping centers or the Daimler factory premises can be reached within a few minutes.
To the S1-Bahn, stop Goldberg, and to the S61-Bahn, stop Sindelfingen are on foot 10 minutes. The train brings you in 20 minutes stress-free in the city center of Stuttgart or in the attractive surrounding area.
Messe Stuttgart can be reached from here in 15 minutes.

Praktisch, gut ausgestattet, ideal für Familienaufenthalt

Eine der ganz wenigen Ferienwohnungen in Sindelfingen. Von daher schon mal super. Die FeWo ist klein und praktisch, Bad renoviert mit toller grosser Dusche. Küche ebenfalls renoviert, mit Spülmaschine und sogar die Reinigertabs sind vorhanden. Ein extra Geschirrtuch wäre vllt. noch hilfreich gewesen. Geschirr und Töpfe sind bunt zusammengewürfelt, witzig. Ansonsten wirklich super ausgestattet. Ein paar Messer und ein paar grosse Trinkgläser mehr wären schön gewesen. Ofenblech könnte mal eine Tiefenreinigung vertragen, hilfreich war das vorhandene Backpapier, so war's okay. Betten bequem, Kopfkissen sind etwas über dem Höhepunkt, Rolläden zum Verdunkeln. Sehr angenehm. Parken ist hingegen ein Problem (Ende Juli), was aber zu erwarten war. Diese älteren dt. Wohngebiete sind einfach nicht auf die heutigen Automengen ausgelegt. Irgendwo findet man schon immer was, aber man braucht Geduld und muss manchmal halt ein bisschen weiter laufen. Günstig zur Innenstadt und zum Einkaufen (Kaufland m. Bäcker) gelegen. Ruhig, da reine Wohngegend. Insgesamt empfehlenswert und wird für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt sicher wieder in der ganz engen Auswahl stehen. Kontakt mit Vermieter gut, immer schnelle Antwort. Am Anreisetag ebenfalls alles glatt gelaufen, Whg. top vorbereitet, Vermieter pünktlich vor Ort.

Utilitarian accommodation

This was an adequate place. Beds were not comfortable, kitchen was outfitted with old cast-offs and the shower drain ran so slow we had to turn off the water periodically to prevent it from overflowing. Should not advertise as having parking— the parking situation was terrible. While it does have sleeping for 4, the second sleeping space is also just the living room. Also, it was warm so we had the windows open, which was fine until the neighbors were smoking on their balcony, willing the apartment with cigarette smoke.
