Sitting on the edge of the pond can be seen in the south of the silvery strip of the Mediterranean - in clear weather even the peaks of the Pyrenees. To the north on the other hand, almost directly behind the house, the valley ends with an almost 200 m high rock wall, mostly wooded with oak trees.
Every now and then one hears the cries of the raptors, which nest in the rock. Otherwise, as the biggest attraction: silence, peace and space are in our modern, hectic world rare. La Falaise is a special place; you can come to rest in the midst of the beautiful nature all here, without the noise and traffic (see Video La Falaise is located about 3 km from the village on an unpaved road.

Children, pets, gardening: Children are of course welcome. High chair and cot are available (please specify when booking). The garden rocker and every house has a small (plastic) kiddie pool for the little ones. Pets are welcome as long as they sine under your supervision and are not a problem for the other tenants. We ask smokers to smoke outside, so that the successor can move into a non-smoking house. In the garden you will find garden table and chairs and sun loungers and cozy corners and shadow places to stay or for meals.
The 5 x 12 m large pool is surrounded by 300 sqm large swimming pond and is 60 to 180 cm deep. The specially selected aquatic and marsh plants, together with other organisms an ecosystem, which the pool water is clean and clear.
Incidentally bothers no one and nothing doing nothing - but this place is particularly suitable.
What's to be done?The hiking possibilities are ideal: the international GR 74 runs at 1 km from the house and there is a dense network of designated trails. Lakes for swimming, fishing, surfing and sailing as the 'Salagou', located 12 km of distance in hills of red earth (typischfür the area). Its shores are still natural and you can see the fish silvery jumping out of the water. Then there are rivers like the Hérault, Héric or Tarn, where you can canoe or picnic on the shore, with its impressive waterfalls and soaring vertical rock walls and ancient brick arch bridges. There is the Mediterranean coast, long beach beaches and marinas. Attractions Greek and Roman origin and from the Templier-time. Finally, there are cities like Montpellier, Nîmes, Béziers and Pézenas. It offers the colorful weekly markets to, in every village on another day. In summer, the cultural menu is extensive and varied.
