Welcome to our guest house. We offer a self contained 1 bedroom free standing guest house. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and living area, separate bedroom, BBQ area, wireless internet, outdoor shower, and laundry facilities. We strive to offer our guest a clean and comfortable stay, providing quality linens and a fully equipped house. We also include bikes and beach gear for you.

The house is located at the end of Pilikoa St, directly across from Hanalei Bay. It's a 3 minute walk from your door to the sand, or a 5-10 minute walk to town. Hanalei town is quaint and charming, filled with everything you will need. You will find dining, shops, grocery store, yoga studio, farmers market, post office and more.

Fore those who want a vacation where you can just relax, head to the beach, stroll into town, or BBQ at home this is the perfect spot. Once you are here you will find you almost never need to use your car, as we are located within walking or biking distance to everything in town.

WE HAVE CENTRAL AC OR LARGE WINDOWS FOR TRADE WINDS- YOUR CHOICE

Our neighborhood is one of the quieter neighborhoods in Hanalei, we are on a side street off of Weke Rd. Our neighborhood called "Hanalei Palms" is mixed with vacation rentals, part time residents and a few full time residents. Our family lives right next door to the guest house we have boys 10 & 15 and you will see hear us coming and going. In general it is quiet but you are in a residential neighborhood so will hear yards getting mowed, people coming and going and normal daily routine around you. The houses are close in proximity however we offer you privacy but are just next door if you ever need anything.

Frazier Family-

Amy was born and raised on Kauai and Paul is orginally from Southern California. We have two boys Miles (16) and Steele Jay (11) Both Paul and Amy have an extensive background working in property management and guest relations. We enjoy deep sea fishing, outrigger canoe paddling, surfing, and spending time on Hanalei Bay, we also love to travel and often do home exchanges.

Quiet gem a short walk to Hanalei Bay & town!

This ohana has everything you need for a short or extended stay in Hanalei. Paul and Amy are gracious hosts, supplying not just all the household items you can imagine, but also easy access to bicycles, kayaks, paddle and boogie boards, and more! Air conditioning in the living and bed rooms is quick and effective, easily allowing you to keep it off during the day while you are out touring the island, and also to cool down quickly even on “tropical evenings” when you return from your adventures. Being able to walk into town for dinner is great, especially as parking can get a bit difficult during busy times. Your must do lists may vary, but be sure to walk up to the bay and enjoy the colorful sunset evening on a clear night! We would love to come back!!

perfect piece of paradise

Super cute place.There is a lot of love put into this rental. Comfy bed and linens. Kitchen was well appointed. Bikes, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards and everything you could need is all available for your beach day. Perfect for a couple. Walking or biking to the beach was a breeze. You definitely have to keep the noise down early and late as you are in a community that lives there and has school and regular jobs. Amy and Paul are great and super accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

Great rental! All ammenities needed are there. Close walk or bike ride to beach. Amy was very responsive to anything we needed. The AC was amazing and apparently a rare thing for Kauai. Would definitely stay again.
