Welcome to our guest house. We offer a self contained 1 bedroom free standing guest house. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and living area, separate bedroom, BBQ area, wireless internet, outdoor shower, and laundry facilities. We strive to offer our guest a clean and comfortable stay, providing quality linens and a fully equipped house. We also include bikes and beach gear for you.

The house is located at the end of Pilikoa St, directly across from Hanalei Bay. It's a 3 minute walk from your door to the sand, or a 5-10 minute walk to town. Hanalei town is quaint and charming, filled with everything you will need. You will find dining, shops, grocery store, yoga studio, farmers market, post office and more.

Fore those who want a vacation where you can just relax, head to the beach, stroll into town, or BBQ at home this is the perfect spot. Once you are here you will find you almost never need to use your car, as we are located within walking or biking distance to everything in town.

WE HAVE CENTRAL AC OR LARGE WINDOWS FOR TRADE WINDS- YOUR CHOICE

Our neighborhood is one of the quieter neighborhoods in Hanalei, we are on a side street off of Weke Rd. Our neighborhood called "Hanalei Palms" is mixed with vacation rentals, part time residents and a few full time residents. Our family lives right next door to the guest house we have boys 10 & 15 and you will see hear us coming and going. In general it is quiet but you are in a residential neighborhood so will hear yards getting mowed, people coming and going and normal daily routine around you. The houses are close in proximity however we offer you privacy but are just next door if you ever need anything.

Frazier Family-

Amy was born and raised on Kauai and Paul is orginally from Southern California. We have two boys Miles (16) and Steele Jay (11) Both Paul and Amy have an extensive background working in property management and guest relations. We enjoy deep sea fishing, outrigger canoe paddling, surfing, and spending time on Hanalei Bay, we also love to travel and often do home exchanges.

Wonderful!

Great rental! All ammenities needed are there. Close walk or bike ride to beach. Amy was very responsive to anything we needed. The AC was amazing and apparently a rare thing for Kauai. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Hanalei Rental!

This property is everything you could ask for and more. The location is perfect; easy walk to the bay and to town but still quiet and private. The layout of the home was very comfortable for our family of 4 and the extra's provided; bikes, paddle board and beach chairs are a great touch. I lived and worked in Hanalei so I was critical about any place we were going to rent and this home exceeded our expectations.

Lovely rental in the perfect spot!

We had a wonderful stay in this guest house. It was clean, airy and open, and stylish. The deck is very peaceful- the perfect spot to read a book and have some tea. The location is very close to the bay. It was an easy walk to everything, and the cruiser bikes were great. We loved our stay here and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

Hanalei Perfection

My wife and I loved this bungalow in Hanalei. We cannot think of a single thing that it did not have that we'd wanted. Comfortable and clean - we never felt crowded like you can in a 1-bedroom. This unit had a lot of space with a full living room, dining room, indoor and outdoor dining options, full kitchen and bath, with a wonderful private balcony.

Downstairs - covered open patio with picnic bench seating, a bbq, outdoor shower, small lawn, and laundry.

Upstairs - living area and long deck facing a jungle-vibe from the lush plants behind the unit. Comfortable seating on the deck as well.

2 blocks to the beach and about 5 minutes walk to town. We hardly drove once we got to Hanalei. Paul and Amy are great hosts and they know everything and everyone so if you need something, they probably will provide you with a few options. You can park right in front of your unit on a private and protected driveway. We will stay here again and again. A gem. Mahalo!

Cheery & Open -- highly recommend!

My husband and I have vacationed at this lovely home twice now and we're coming back next year. The home is beautifully furnished and feels very luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The floor plan makes great use of space and feels wide open and cheery. You're surrounded by windows and a lanai and see a lot of green. At the same time it feels amazingly private. It is situated on a court and is an easy walk to the beach and close to town. We really appreciate how well stocked the house is with beach stuff, including thick beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, surfboards, bikes and more. The owners are super helpful and available when you need anything. Highly recommended.
