It is a premier 4 bedroom plus loft, 3.5 bathroom custom home located just blocks from Park City’s Main Street and all the restaurants, shops and activities.

Amenities include gourmet kitchen, dining table seats 6 plus 6 bar stools at counter, large flat-screen TV/DVD/Stereo in living room, high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen cable TV/DVD in each bedroom, gas fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, boot/glove dryer, ski racks, private washer/dryer, small kid’s playroom with TV/DVD/Xbox, 1-car garage and a central vacuum system.

265 Ontario Avenue is the third street above Deer Valley Drive/Marsac Avenue on the Deer Valley side of Main Street, so you're close enough to walk to Main Street, but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise. Just a short walk down Shorty Stairs and you're at Main Street or the Main Transit Center for Park City's free town bus system. Furthermore, we have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City - Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort and The Canyons Resort - and they are all just a short drive or bus ride away. Come home after skiing and enjoy a hot tub, steam shower, Jacuzzi tub or warm yourself at one of the fireplaces before you head down to Main Street for dinner, bars, shopping and entertainment. Why stay where you have to drive to Main Street for fun every night, when you can just walk out your front door?

What makes this house unique

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.

Great property. Every bit as good as advertised.

We've stayed at Bo's properties multiple times and they are always first class. This home was super clean, recently built/renovated. It is in a great location that overlooks downtown and Park City mountain. You can walk to dinner. Highly recommend.

Great place for a great trip

The house was perfect for our trip. Due to the large size of the living room, as well as the views it offered, we found ourselves favoring that area for dinners (rather than going out to the town every night). When we did go to town, it only took about 10 minutes to get wherever you were going. Though the walk back up lots of stairs after a long day of skiing did get a little tiring, the house provided for lots of rooms to store and dry out ski gear, and then best of all, provided a hot tub with a view, which was perfect after a long day of skiing. Also noteworthy, Uber never had a problem getting up to our place, so if we didn't feel like walking, a $10/4 min. Uber ride did the job. All in all a great stay.

Outstanding Old Town house

We have rented for 20 years in Park City and we finally decided to step things up a notch. This year we brought our family of four plus another 6 friends. The group ranged from 16-50 year olds and the house was very accommodating. We were able to enjoy quick walks to dinner in town, a few hours in the hot tub, and a very comfortable home that let us relax and enjoy being there. Bo was fantastic - getting us set up with local perks and he was able to accommodate us on a few requests that really made our trip perfect.

Before we got to the airport for the trip home everyone was already making plans for next year. I highly recommend this property and the property management team.

Outstanding Location

We have been to Park City a few times and knew we wanted to stay close to town. This house had an ideal location as we could walk to Main Street if we desired. It was also a five minute drive to Deer Valley and even less to Park City Base for skiing. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We had six family members and a friend stay during this trip. Everyone had their own space, but the great room/kitchen/dining area was large and could accommodate all of us easily. We ate a few dinners in and watched movies and we all had plenty of room. The view from the balcony was awesome too. The house was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, and other necessities. There were extra pillows in each bedroom, plenty of towels, Kleenex etc. We liked the boot and glove dryers in the garage as well as the helmet storage. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. All in all it was the perfect property for us and we hope we can stay there again next year.

The property is as it shows. Spectacular views, easy access to Main St and great for two families! Bo is incredibly nice and helpful! The home is nicely maintained and has a fully loaded kitchen. Highly recommend!
