The Hideaway

This Vacation Dream Villa is located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral and it offers everything for your unforgettable dream vacation.

The Villa has an Infinity Edge Pool with a salt water system. It is equipped with an electric heater and can be heated upon request.

Take a moment and enjoy the virtual tour, the pictures to get an impression of our villa.

The pool area has southern exposure and overlooks a wide gulf access canal. It features a dining table and a lounge area to relax in front of a big screen TV as well as an LED fireplace.

The lanai area is also equipped with an outside kitchen, BBQ and refrigerator for cold drinks.

The Hideaway features 3 bedrooms / 2 baths plus an additional pool bath. The center of the living area is the very well equipped kitchen with 2 islands, granite counter tops and an oversized refrigerator.

As one of the rental guests put it very well: “A Gourmet Chef’s Dream”

The master bedroom with a king size bed also has a private sitting area to relax, with a second TV and glass sliding doors to the lanai.

The huge master bathroom has a bath tub and walk-in shower.

The master suite also has his and her walk-in closets with plenty of room for your

wardrobe and for your shopping treasures.

The two guest bedrooms each have a walk- in closet and private sink and toilet areas. They share shower / tub combination.

You will also find washer and dryer in the separate laundry room as well as 4 bicycles in the two car garage.

It is a short drive to the closest shopping plaza or you can tour one of the bike trails close by.

Fantastic relaxing stay
Perfect villa for a relaxing break. Having rented a number off villas previously I can honestly say that the outside area was by far the most outstanding. The property internally was lovely and meet all our needs, however must of our time was spent outside enjoying the pool, music, outside kitchen and the outside lounge area. This was a massive success my son would watch movies when the sun became to much, while my husband was able to watch the live football matches. I will certainly be looking to book this villa again on our next holiday to Cape Coral.

Perfect!
We spent 2 weeks over Christmas at this property and our stay was perfect throughout. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. As noted by other reviewers, the road is very quiet, whilst still being close enough to everything in Cape Coral. It costs approx $12 in an Uber to the Boathouse Tiki Bar and obviously a little less to places like Big Blue Brewing and Backstreets Sports Bar. The outdoor area is unparalleled, especially the outdoor living room - perfect for enjoying the SW Florida weather. The management company were available but not intrusive. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again. Many thanks to Simone and Silvi for a great stay.

Amazing house
This place is simply stunning! The house has everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area and pool are perfect. We would love to stay here again in the future. Also the service is easy and extremely helpful. Thanks for our fantastic stay!

Stayed August 22-29 Had a fantastic week at the villa hideaway with the family. Impeccable accommodation, great management service. We love Cape Coral as a family and you will not go wrong by staying at this villa. Great location with great amenities within your accommodation including kayaks, bikes, fishing, outdoor cooking. Fantastic villa, fantastic location, great management team. Just the two of us, so we had plenty of room to move around. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, super clean and perfectly equipped, quiet location, thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay, would definitely recommend this villa. To summarise, we couldn't fault it.
