The modern 4-room apartment located on the 2nd floor in a building with 3 floors in a beautifully landscaped gated community with swimming pool, gardens with pine trees, palm trees, flowering shrubs, flowers and natural colored pavements. The plant is located near Hotel Don Carlos (Nikki Beach) and Mariott Village Resort, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches. A surrounding with child safety rods outdoor pool, sun terrace with loungers include as well a video-monitored underground parking facilities. At the end of the group consisting of 3 houses complex is a supermarket that offers every conceivable food and nonfood items, such. As daily fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, beverages, frozen foods, etc. as well as magazines, Badeartkel, textiles.

The apartment includes 3 bedrooms with two double beds (queen and king size) of 1.8 m, 1.6 m and with a bed of 1.4m, with comfortable mattresses. The bedspreads and covers correspond German / Spanish standards. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space. The bedrooms include two bathrooms, one with wash basin, toilet, bidet, bath tub, the second with sink, toilet and walk in shower.

The kitchen has full facilities, such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge / Gefrierscharnk and crockery. Next to the kitchen, the patio with washing machine and enough space for drying facilities and things is for parking.

The large living room is a dining table, 1,2m x1,2m for 4 - 5 people, a large modern coach with ottoman, another chair, a Coach table. A modern flat screen TV with WIFI Internet and receiver, vis a vis the coach on a white dresser, has about 50 German TV channels as well as Sky and various international TV channels. All rooms are equipped with exterior windows and blinds, which are also suitable as sunscreen. All rooms have air conditioning, which serves as a heating system in winter.

Already in the morning the sun shines on the terrace and invites you to breakfast, as well as in the evening for a glass of wine at sunset. The terrace offers during the summer months June, July. August mainly shade, thus adequate protection against the intense sunlight. In the remaining months, the terrace has sun and shade. The Marbella region is famous for its unique climate with over 320 days of sunshine and an average temperature of around 20 degrees in winter to 16 degrees in summer to 30 degrees. There is neither snow nor frost and always it blows a breeze when the thermometer already time driving the 40 degree mark, even in summer, always ensures wellbeing. There are adequate sports facilities, in addition to jogging and beach walking as well as hiking, golfing, tennis, biking etc and most importantly of all, in the immediate vicinity. Let yourself be invited to the over 10 very popular Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) for a delicious lunch and / or dinner with breathtaking sunsets. Here you are right in the section of Marbella where you meet to enjoy life and be pampered like on Nikki Beach, Mariotts Villa Beach, Carlos y Paula, Christina, Tonis, Laurel, Pearl Beach or with Sergio and many nice further beach bars.

We should also mention the sand dunes near Cabo Pino, where you can hike in any weather on boardwalks through these landscapes and the beach.

During the months of April, May, June and September / October, you can particularly enjoy the romantic idyll, while more lively competition is in the months of July / August. Winter is more quiet and serene.

Not to forget the very cultivated many golf courses around as the Marbella Golf and Country Club, Santa Maria, Santa Clara, El Chaparral, Rio Real, Cabopino, Los Altos de la Cala etc, all are not removed more than 3-15km.

Many excursions offered by the surroundings, with its white mountain villages, crystal lakes, and of course the historic cities of Seville, Granada, Cordova, Ronda. Tolles Appartement. Kann man nur empfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts. Strand ist in Sichtweite. Ein Supermarkt mit rund um die Uhr frischem Brot und Brötchen ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge zB. nach Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar etc.

Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank !!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Schöne große und helle Räume. Supermarkt mit frischem Brot und Brötchen nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Diverse Chiringuitas, mit leckerem Essen und kühlen Getränken befinden sich nach wenigen Schritten direkt am Strand. gelegen.

Rundum perfekt. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Schönes Appartement!!!

Tolle modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit schönen Blick auf das Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) nur 200m entfernt. Täglich frische, meist noch warme Backwaren im Angebot. Der Strand ist nach nur wenigen Anschriften erreicht.

Tolles Appartement für erholsame Tage am Mittelmeer und als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge ideal geeignet.
