About 300 m away is the center of Germignaga, 5 km away Luino with a beautiful lakeside promenade with bars and typical restaurants serving local specialties, and ferries to other picturesque places on the lake and the Borromean Islands. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area, including a foot and cycle path that starts in Germignaga and runs for 8 km mainly along the riverbank.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open : medio May-end Sept..
