About this property

Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful 95m² villa built on Monte Pego in 2002. The 530 m² plot is Mediterranean and offers a beautiful view to the sea.
The electric sliding gate takes you to the property and your car is parked under a carport.
Through the winter garden you reach the large air-conditioned living-dining room with adjoining open kitchen and bar. It continues to the air-conditioned bedroom with an adjacent shower room as well as another air-conditioned bedroom and the second shower room. Outside there is the 8x4m pool, an outside shower hot / cold and a small outside kitchen with ceramic hob as well as a cozy sun-protected corner next to the outside kitchen with a BBQ grill.

Topography:
Simply the best address in the northern Costa Blanca Monte Pego, established for 30 years, is considered one of the most beautiful rural and exclusive residential areas on the Costa Blanca. Known for its excellent climate all year round. In addition, the views of the surrounding mountains, the Mediterranean Sea, and the village of Pego - simply great -
Monte Pego is also famous for its rich mountain spring water. No water shortage and no bottlenecks. In fact, the water is so good that it is bottled at the source and sold as a local "Evian".
You will find tennis courts, restaurants and a service center in the urbanization.
Monte Pego lies between Pego and Els Poblets. It is only a few kilometers (10 km) to the sea. The district capital of Denia can also be reached in about 20 minutes

Zunächst möchten wir sagen, dass sich ein Urlaub auf dem Monte Pego, generell in der Region, sehr lohnt. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter - Berge, Sonne&Meer, Fiestas... Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss. Wir fahren seit über 10 Jahren auf den Monte Pego, haben in dieser Zeit viele Häuser kennengelernt. Das was wir vorgefunden haben entspricht nicht den Standards, welche uns diese Preiskategorie vermuten ließ. Es hat keine Grundreinigung vor unserem Einzug stattgefunden. Viele angepriesene Ausstattungsgegenstände wie Grill oder Beschattungsmöglichkeiten waren in einem sehr desolaten Zustand. Generell hat das Haus einen abgewohnten Zustand gemacht. Fliegengitter waren defekt, bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten eine Fehlanzeige, der Garten war in keinem guten Zustand und im Allgemeinen spiegeln die Werbefotos nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand des Grundstücks wider. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Geschirr musste zunächst gereinigt werden, die Kaffeemaschine lief 1,5h für 8 Tassen (trotz mehrfacher Entkalkung), der Badezimmermülleimer war bei Einzug nicht geleert, die Umrandung um den Pool war extrem dreckig, was bedeutet das man mit nassen Füßen nach dem baden, den gesamten Dreck auf der Terrasse verteilt. Am Beckenrand liegen war keine Option. Die Poolliegen waren ebenfalls nicht gereinigt und nicht zu benutzen. Die Außendusche ist toll aber der Fußabtreter davor eine Zumutung. Entweder lege ich keinen hin, oder ich kümmere mich um die entsprechende Sauberkeit. Die Außenküche ist eine tolle Möglichkeit für warme Sommertage, leider war auch hier zunächst eine Reinigung der Oberflächen nötig. Die Schränke haben wir geöffnet aber direkt wieder verschlossen. Absolut dreckig. Ein Sonnenschirm war vorhanden, entsprechende Stühle zum draußen sitzen waren in Form von 4 Klappstühlen ebenfalls da. Auch diese mussten wir zunächst selbst putzen. Ein Tisch der draußen stand war absolut verdreckt und mit einer zerrissenen Wachstuchdecke bedeckt, nicht zu benutzen. Insbesondere waren wir doch sehr überrascht von der Ferienhausverwaltung, denn alle geäußerte Kritik wurde prompt auf den Besitzer abgewälzt. Obwohl man doch vermuten müsste das eine Verwalterin für das Objektes verantwortlich ist. Zu diesem Zweck hat aus unserer Sicht der Besitzer eine Verwalterin eingestellt. Ein Plus sind die Klimaanlagen, Ventilatoren, Rollos, Spül- und Waschmaschine und der Pool. Wir kommen definitiv wieder aber nicht noch einmal in eines der Häuser dieser Ferienvermietung.

Villa très bien et très bien équipée.

Très bon logement, très belle piscine (attention assez profonde de +-1m60 à +-2m40) et attention si vous utilisez l'air conditionné, l'électricité est en supplément ! Donc attention au risque d'une mauvaise surprise en fin de séjour.mis à part ça, très bonne maison,nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.je vous là recommande.
