The dream house in the heart of East Frisia, ideal for families! The house built in country house style with the most modern furnishings offers a lot of space for a relaxing holiday on 240 sqm. On the terrace you can make yourself comfortable in a beach chair and enjoy the beautiful garden. From the garden gate you can go directly into the rural idyll on a walking and cycling path. A grill is of course available for barbecues on the terrace.

The dream house is on the edge of a beautiful and quiet residential area. Due to the peripheral location, you are completely undisturbed and can feel at home.

In the sun-drenched living-dining area with panoramic windows you can enjoy the view of the garden. On cold winter evenings, the built-in fireplace ensures a crackling fire and cosiness. A children's room with numerous play options as well as a trampoline and swimming pool in the garden ensure lots of fun and variety for the children.

Enjoy the very high quality furnishings. The fitted kitchen is equipped with the latest technology that offers everything you need. A built-in fully automatic coffee machine delivers the desired coffee or espresso at the push of a button.

This dream house is in the heart of East Frisia, on the edge of a beautiful and quiet residential area in Friedeburg. This part of East Friesland is characterized by greenery.

The North Sea with its healthy climate is almost on your doorstep and can be easily reached by car in about 30 minutes. The proximity to the coast is ideal for day trips to the islands or to the beach. In the immediate vicinity, the natural swimming pool in Friedeburg, the Ottermeer in Wiesmoor or the outdoor pool in Wittmund offer excellent swimming opportunities.

The Ems-Jade Canal and the paddle and pedal station are only 10 minutes by bike from the house.

Friedeburg has 3 large grocery stores (Combi, Aldi and Netto), which can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. Bakeries and other shops for daily needs are also available.

In the surrounding towns of Wiesmoor, Wittmund, Jever and Wilhelmshaven, which can be reached in 15-25 minutes by car, there are very good shopping opportunities.

Ein kurzer aber schöner Familienurlaub.

Wir haben die Urlaubstage als Großfamilie in diesem schönen und großem Haus sehr genossen! Großeltern und Kinder hatten jeder für sich ausreichend Platz und alles sehr sauber vorgefunden! Es war alles wie in der Ausschreibung vorhanden. Ein schöner Ort zum entspannen und sich wohl fühlen.

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Hausherren! Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause! Es mangelte an nichts, im Gegenteil! Tolle Umgebung, sehr nette Nachbarn! Einfach ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub mit einem traumhaft schönen Haus!

Was für ein tolles Haus

Sehr freundlich wurden wir in diesem perfekt und luxuriös ausgestattetem Haus empfangen. Es hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die friesische Ländlichkeit und das sogar aus der Wanne. Nach einem tollen Spaziergang an der Nordseeküste ab in die Dampfsauna und anschließend einen leckeren Tee am Kamin und Kinder haben im Spielzimmer ihren Spaß.....Perfekt. Komplett eingerichtete Küche es ist wirklich ALLES da was man braucht. Wir haben noch nie ein so liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus geniessen dürfen...VIELEN DANK DAFÜR.
