Free of charage: Indoor pool in function from beginning June until end of September with 140 m2 sun terraces with deckchairs and table-tennis.

The villa is located in the 5-star residence Barony Le Pergole in the most exclusive residential area of ​​Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo south of majestätitschen Alps in the Mediterranean vegetation between antique Olive footpath to Gandria and private blind alley at foot of Monte Bre.

Distances to: Lake with communal boat and bath stage 130 m + stairs (for sportive people). Riverside way to the fishing village Gandria 260 m; "Lido San Domenico" 400 m. Bus stops 70 - 400 m. 2 restaurants 300 m. "Lido Lugano", tennis court, fitness center, supermarkets, funicular to "Monte Brè", landing -stage for ship line serivce, boat-hire 1.2-km 1.6 km. Kitchen with window, dining: 4 hotplates, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave with griller, dishwasher, espresso machine, electric barbecue for outside etc.

A second small kitchen is situated in the basement with access via internal staircase and also directly from the outside.

4 double bedroom with lake view.

3 bathrooms, one with a washing machine with integrated dryer.

Terraces around the house with wine-pergola and dining area.

2 covered parkings.

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Schlossartiges Anwesen in einem grossen Park in Seenähe. Ruhige erholsame Lage und trotzdem nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, das entweder zu Fuss oder mit Bus (in der Nähe Haltestelle) erreichbar ist. Die Beschreibung ist korrekt. Freundliche Vermieterin.

Komfortable Villa für Familien inmitten eines grossen mediterranen Parkes in Seenähe

Diese Villa ist sehr schön mit antiken Möbeln und moderner Technik (Klimaanlage,

Waschmaschine mit inkludiertem Trockner, jegliche Küchenutensilien in der Landhausküche ausgestattet, Elektrogrill für Terrasse) ausgestattet.

Ruhige Lage zwischen Privatstrasse und berühmtem antiken Oliven-Fussweg nach Gandria mit wunderschönem Panoramblick auf See und Berge.

Gute Verbindung innert 350 m zum Bus-Stop zum Zentrum Lugano in 2,3 km. Supermärkte etc., Tennisplatz, Lido Lugano, Fitness-Zentrum, Bergbahn zum Monte Brè, Schiffsanlegestelle und private Bootsvermietung, diverse Restaurants in ca. 1,5 km.

2 Restaurants im antiken Nukleo von Castagnola sind zu Fuss in 350 m erreichbar und der

Lido San Domenico in ca. 500 m.

Die Barony offeriert einen Indoor-Pool mit Blick auf den See, dessen Türfenster im Sommer

offengehalten werden, wodurch man sich wie "im Freien" fühlt, jedoch mit erhöhter

Sauberkeit dieser überdachten Anlage und des Badewassers, das zusätzlich mit einer Sauerstoffpumpe gereinigt wird. Zum Schwimmbad gehören 2 gr. Sonnenterrassen mit Deckchairs und Ping-Pong-Tisch, idem ein kleines Gartenhhäuschen mit zusätzlicher Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Vermieterin wohnt vor Ort und ist behilflich bei allen Problemen. Nach einem Blitzeinschlag wurde die starke Wireless-Anlage sofort wieder in Gang gebracht.

Die wöchtentliche Reinigung und Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Terrassen durch hauseigenes Personal ist sehr bequem.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienvilla für 8 Personen.
