The "Casa Canaria" with a separate studio, ideal for 2 to 6 people, is located on the edge of the Canarian village of La Asomada, with two large terraces and a salt-water pool in Roman style and offers you a fantastic view of the sea and the island Fuerteventura. If you are looking for a stress-free vacation and would like to enjoy the tranquility of the country and still want to live near the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, then "Casa Canaria" is the right choice for you. The house offers you two bedrooms, one twin and one double, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A large living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Adjacent but separate is an independent studio with a comfortable double sofa bed, shower and a small kitchenette. The whole house is ideal for a family of 6 with family members or friends, some of whom would like to live privately. Of course, both units could also be rented separately.

Arrival and departure time: If the house is not rented on the day of your arrival and departure, you can arrive or leave the house at any time. Otherwise, arrival is only possible after 3 p.m. and you are asked to leave the house by 10.30 a.m. on your day of departure.

Casita Canaria - The Kelly Family

Our stay in La Asomada was excellent. The Villa is only 5 mins drive to Puerto Del Carmen and 10 mins from Arricife, so it is more peaceful than remote. The facilities at the Villa are excellent, outdoor areas including the pool and views are spectacular. A big thank you to Peter who seen to all our needs and wants. We will return, no doubt.

Quiet villa

Villa was lovely and clean and quiet ever thing was in good condition, the pool area was great. It is in a nice area down a track but easy to find. The owner was lovely and left us a great welcome pack.

Great stay at Casa Canaria, lovely accommodation and outside seating areas with good views. Peter was very welcoming and there was a substantial welcome pack in the fridge and lovely fresh fruit. We will return, thank you Peter.

Villa canaria

Peter est un excellent propriétaire. Il a vraiement été aux petits soins dès notre arrivée à la villa, une belle corbeille de fruits frais nous attendait, des boissons fraîches et de la nourriture pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin Peter a également pensé au vin blanc pour l’apéritif . La villa est très bien équipée en linge de bain et de plage . La piscine a été la cerise sur le gâteau, bien entretenue par Santiago et Carmen a pris le soin de changer le linge de lit et le linge de bain Enfin bref…….séjour parfait
