The lovingly renovated and very cozy country house is situated in a wonderfully quiet location in a rural setting. The house is surrounded by pine, olive and almond trees. The romantic sandy beach of Cala Pi and the famous Es Trenc beach are just a short drive away.

The main house and the outbuildings have been completely renovated with great attention to detail and everything is very well maintained.

Thanks to the frequently arising nice breeze, even hot summer days are bearable.

The house offers a spacious covered terrace with a large dining table, a perfect shady place to enjoy your meals.

A beautiful pool (4 x 8 meters) with a large sun terrace and ample sun loungers invite to sunbathe and to refresh.

The house offers a beautiful living-dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, another separate bathroom and two further bedrooms.

All rooms are high and have vaulted ceilings in the typical local style. Ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms.

The up to 1 meter thick natural stone walls keep the heat outside and the house remains fresh.

For the transition period of spring and autumn, there is a wood stove, which heats the living room pleasantly.

The property disposes of an Internet connection and satellite TV.

A very nice holiday home, where our guests can relax wonderfully.

Tolle Finca mit super Betreuung durch den Verwalter und die Eigentümer

Wir haben 11 tolle Tage auf der wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles war im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht und von zu Hause kennt. Die Finca ist in einem TOP-Zustand. Das Grundstück ist super groß und sehr gepflegt. Besonders toll war der sehr schöne Pool der exklusiv zur Finca gehörte. Hier haben wir tolle Stunden verbracht. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde der Pool gereinigt und war somit immer super gepflegt. Schön war auch, dass er langsam immer tiefer wird. Unsere Kinder konnten vorne stehen und hatten so Ihren Spaß. Wir können diese Finca ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und würden diese immer wieder buchen. Danke noch an Oliver Dietrich für den sehr netten Kontakt.

Hinweis:

Wir sind immer in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Playa de Palma (Balneario 12) an den Strand gefahren. Das war über die Autobahn kein Problem.

Fazit:

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Juli 2017 :-).

Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß zusammen, bei der ersten Anfahrt zur Finca …. (und jetzt haben wir gelernt, dass es die Abfahrt beim dritten großen Spiegel von Llucmajor aus ist ;-) ) Sie sind jederzeit wieder herzlich willkommen und wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal begrüßen zu dürfen! Via the connecting road from Llucmajor to Cala Pi, the idyllic sandy beach of Cala Pi can be reached within a few minutes. The famous beach of Es Trenc is also nearby.

The surroundings can be explored on foot or by bicycle.

Various shopping opportunities can be found in Llucmajor, just 8km away. The market square in Llucmajor offers a very nice ambience and many restaurants invite you to make a stop. The Friday market should definitely be visited.

Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris within a few minutes. The nearest marina ports are located in S'Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

Location Description Cala Pi:

The small picturesque seaside village of Cala Pi is located 15 km away, at the beautiful south coast of Mallorca. It is named after the bay of the same name. It is a very deep bay, resembling a fjord, ending in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached by a long staircase, which is located left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque cliffs to the right and left of the bay, the green pines above the ravine, the old huts of fishermen and the sandy beach at the end make the romantic Cala Pi a dream beach par excellence.

The beach slopes gently into the sea and thanks to the protected location there are hardly any waves, so it is well suited for children. The urbanization with beautiful summer residences runs in an easterly direction, along the up to 30 meters high cliffs, until becoming the villa settlements Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development is composed mainly of single-family homes and villas. Thanks to the gently sloping topography of the area, many houses in 3rd and 4th line partially offer beautiful sea views until the protected island of Cabrera. The village of Cala Pi is peaceful even in high season and is not overcrowded with tourists. Besides shopping possibilities for the daily needs it also offers some bars and restaurants. A larger variety of shops is in the 8km distant Llucmajor.

FeWo-direkt hat Ende Juni 2016 eine Service-Gebühr für Online-Buchungen/-Zahlungen eingeführt. Die Gebühr wird abhängig von der Höhe des Mietbetrages berechnet und beträgt zwischen 4 und 8% des selbigen. Darauf haben wir als Vermieter keinen Einfluß.
Alternativ haben Sie aber die Option, den Mietbetrag per Banküberweisung direkt an uns zu zahlen. In diesem Fall wird die Service-Gebühr nicht fällig.

Der Mietpreis ist inklusive Nebenkosten (wie z.B. Endreinigung und Strom). Es kommen von unserer Seite keine weiteren Nebenkosten hinzu.

Die Kaution beträgt 300,- € und wird von FeWo/Home-Away verwaltet. Sie wird den Gästen 7 Tage nach Abreise, nach Kontrolle des ordnungsgemäßen Zustandes der Ferienimmobilie, zurückerstattet.

Bitte beachten Sie, daß die Anreise in der Regel ab 16 Uhr erfolgen kann und die Abreise bis 10 Uhr erfolgen muß, sofern wir das nicht anders schriftlich vereinbaren.

Wir machen Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass die Adresse Ihres Ferienhauses nicht von Navigationssystemen gefunden wird. Wir bitten Sie daher, unsere Wegbeschreibung zu benutzen!
