The cottage is located just above the town of St. Johann, which can be reached in about 10 minutes. In St. Johann there are many different shops, restaurants, a cinema, a swimming pool, a toboggan run, etc. From the hut, a ski area with 3 lifts can be reached directly and a toboggan run just a few minutes away from the cabin, so is also within walking distance (slides available). Just 5 km away is the large ski area Skiwelt Amade, from where also other ski areas are easily accessible. In the neighboring town of Wagrain there is a nice thermal spa. The cabin has two bedrooms, a small with a double bed and a big one with a double bed and three single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, which is equipped with all the essential cooking utensils and a dining and living room (Pine Room), where a sofa bed.
