Spend your relaxing Baltic holiday in our beautiful and lovingly furnished semi-detached house with private garden and sunny terrace with southern exposure and evening sun.
The house has a very high quality overall equipment. Fully equipped Nolte kitchen, leather sofa, flat screen TV, DVDs, CDs, espresso machine, microwave, work station, mosquito screens, 1.80 x 2m double bed with quality mattresses and two single beds each 90 x 200 cm. A sauna is available in the newly built attic since March 2017. Use of the sauna is for a fee i. H. V. 8 Euro (throw in 4 x two-euro coins at the slot machine) possible, whereby the running time after coin entry is 210 minutes. The sauna is available as a dry sauna - due to the structural conditions, infusions are not permitted.
At the end of 2016, we had a fixed connection to the telephone network. This provides you with a stable and fast internet connection via WLAN / wifi.
It does not matter if you start cycling tours here, go swimming at the local Bodden beach or simply want to unwind. You are right here! From April to October there is a very nice organic market in the village, which always takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here you can buy fresh organic fruits, milk, cheese specialties, meat, sausage and much more. A local bakery offers fresh rolls, bread and more, seven days a week. The nearest supermarket can be found by bike or car in the neighboring Born (Edeka & Aldi - side by side) also a gas station and a Stolz department store are located there.
The house is child friendly, animal free and an absolute! Non smoking house.
Arrivals are from 16:30, departures are possible until 10:00. For the final cleaning a one-off amount of EUR 60, - is charged. A linen package can be booked and must be paid locally (bed linen and two towels) per person with 15, - EUR to the caretaker.
Our guests should feel comfortable here. There is a sauna and a well-kept garden at your disposal. WLAN, flat screen TV and a very high-quality equipment complete the overall concept.
Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. Parties do not tolerate our house or the neighbors.
Wieck is located on the shore of Bodstedt Bodden on the peninsula Darß. The Baltic Sea beach is only a few kilometers away. The image of the former fishing village is characterized by numerous thatched houses. The uniqueness and tranquility of the Bodden landscape can be enjoyed in Wieck. The Darßer forest, part of the national park, borders directly on the place and invites to walks, extensive bicycle tours and nature observations. Of course, the small harbor fits into the landscape. In the Old School of Wieck, supplemented by a generous extension, there is the National Park and Guest Center »Darßer Arche«. It is home to the national park exhibition »Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft«. Here also the spa tax must be paid, which must be paid for their stay. This amounts to depending on the season on 2 or 1 euro per day and person. Children under 6 years are free.
ATTENTION: Arrivals and departures between 25. 06. 2018 and 09. 09. 2018 are only possible on Sundays. The minimum rental period is 7 days.
The rent includes electricity, gas and water consumption.
For the final cleaning a one-off amount of EUR 60, - is charged. The cost of the linen package (bed linen and towels) is EUR 15, - per person. The laundry packages can optionally be booked prior to arrival at the object support (Ms. Schlegel).
The costs for final cleaning and linen packages are paid directly on site at the object support (Mrs. Schlegel).
The tenant has to treat the rented premises and the furnishings with care. Damage caused by the lessee has to be compensated.
The tenant is obliged, when referring to the premises, to check the device for its completeness and fitness for purpose and to raise complaints immediately against the landlord. The tenant also has to report without delay during the rental period. If the tenant does not comply with these obligations, he is not entitled to a reduction in rent due to these objectionable points.
The renter and fellow travelers are required to adhere to the house rules. This is also in the house. Please note any changes to the house rules on arrival and read them again carefully.
• Do not smoke in the house!
• Please respect the privacy of the neighborhood and keep the noise level from 22 o'clock as much as possible on the room volume.
• Getting there
Arrivals start at 16:30. Please inform Ms. Schlegel, who looks after the object, in due time your approximate arrival time.

The handover of the apartment key is made directly on arrival by Mrs. Schlegel, or by taking the key from the key safe. This is located on the side wall of the shed in the back of the property. The transmission of the 4-digit code is made before arrival by Mrs. Schlegel.
• Maximum number of persons
Please note that the house can only be occupied by a maximum of 4 persons. The maximum number of persons includes children and infants. Any changes must be confirmed in writing by the landlord. Pets are not allowed.
The use of the sauna by the renter is at your own risk. Please note the sauna rules, which are located in the sauna area. Use of the sauna is for a fee i. H. V. EUR 8.00 (4 x 2 EUR at the slot machine) possible, whereby the running time after coin entry is 200 minutes. The sauna is available to the tenants as a dry sauna - due to the structural conditions, infusions are not permitted. You receive sauna towels as part of the laundry package from the object care Mrs. Schlegel.
Please separate the waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers. The paper and waste bin are located behind the shed. Please collect waste with the green dot in the yellow sack (located under the sink) and place it at departure next to the garbage cans behind the shed. Glass waste can be disposed of in the appropriate containers next to the Kita am Müggenberg (near Darßer Arche)
• Theft Prevention
Please make sure to close all windows and doors when leaving the house.
If you have caused any damage, please report this without being asked.
Upon request, you will receive a confirmation / invoice from us for the repair of the damage with a corresponding amount for your insurance.
Regardless of the final cleaning takes place before departure, a thorough cleaning by the tenant, d. H. On departure, the premises are swept clean. The used dishes are rinsed and put away, the grill cleaned, the beds deducted and disposed of the waste accordingly.
We kindly ask you to vacate the holiday home by 10.00 am, so that it can be prepared for the next guest. Please inform the object service (Mrs. Schlegel) in due time about the time of your departure so that she can carry out the final handover.
Access to the house is by a key. It becomes a key
to hand over. In case of loss of the key EUR 50, - will be charged.
The renter is obligated to pay the local spa tax independently and for all tenants. Payment is possible on site at the spa administration Wieck in the Darßer Arche, Bliesenrader Weg 2.
Claims for damages are excluded regardless of the nature of the breach of duty, unless intentional or grossly negligent action is involved. This also applies to unauthorized actions.
In case of violation of essential contractual obligations, the landlord is liable for any negligence, but only up to the amount of the foreseeable damage. Insofar as liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to organs, employees and employees as well as to representatives and vicarious agents.
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become ineffective in whole or in part or should there be a gap in the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision or to fill the gap, an appropriate provision shall be made which, as far as is legally possible, comes closest to what the contracting parties intended or would have intended according to the spirit and purpose of this contract if they had considered the point.
