About this property

Beautiful 3-room apartment with 70 sqm in a pedestrian area in the center of the small town of Can Picafort.

Caution !! The electricity during the stay has to be paid extra (0.45 € for KW)

Can Picafort has about 8000 inhabitants. There are nightlife options and two large supermarkets near the apartment. The sandy beach has a length of 7 km. The promenade is a stone's throw from the apartment. As a former tour guide, I would be happy to give you further tips.
The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The shower has a hot water boiler. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with air conditioning. From the spacious terrace you get a view of the green.

The house rules allow keeping animals in the apartment.

Spacious apartment can pickafort

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in the hustle and bustle of can pickafort. We really enjoyed our stay in the this modern apartment it had everything. The shops bars and restaurants wer in the street below and the beach was a 5minute stroll away. You must try ciao ciao Italian restaurant opposite the apartment facing Burger King authentic Italian food 5 star

Nice apartment

Overall the apartment was clean and more than adequate. The only issues were that the single bedroom has no air con, meaning that it is too hot to sleep in, and the 2nd toilet smelt badly of drains.

Really nice appartment

Great place with enough room for 2 couples and a young toddler. The wrap around balcony (on two sides) was great and safe place for the toddler to play. Easy parking in the local streets but we were there at the beginning of the season (1st week of March). Communication with the owner was good. We had one problem with the coffee machine and that was replaced with a new one the next day! All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

Great host, nice apartment.

Nice apartment, spacious and cosy. We enjoyed our holidays in Can Picafort. Location is good. Mercadonna supermarket is in 3 min walking, sandy beach in 1 mins walking distance. Special thanks to Marchela for waiting us too late at night because of flight delay. Great host! I would recommend the apart.

Frühling auf Mallorca

Hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf Mallorca. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen voll und ganz entsprochen. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, die Heizung funktionierte, die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es gab auch richtige Decken, denn zu dieser Jahreszeit kann es nachts doch kalt werden. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: der Kanal stank in den beiden Badezimmern manchmal sehr stark. Hatten aber letztes Jahr das selbe Problem in einem anderen Appartment. Zur Lage: Das Appartement befindet sich im Zentrum von Can Picafort. In der Nebensaison war es schon schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. In der Hauptsaison könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es außerdem dann schon laut werden kann. In ca. 10 Minuten konnte man zu Fuß zu Aldi einkaufen gehen. Toll wäre noch ein Geschirrspüler. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
