This holiday apartment is perfectly decorated with colourful highlights and is located on the ground floor of a very well maintained multi-family house. The first impression counts - and holds true throughout the apartment. From the bedroom with its double bed and in the kitchen and living area in particular - this holiday apartment is certainly cosy and welcoming.

The apartment offers plenty of space. It is fitted with a dining table, a large couch, two additional comfortable living room chairs, and of course a state-of-the-art flat screen TV. Joint evenings in the living room for groups or families of up to four will thus certainly be able to bring fun-backed days to a relaxing close.

In warm weather, the terrace with its garden furniture in the property’s own garden is a particular highlight. It is perfect for enjoying balmy summer evenings.

In town and spacious

Apartment was smartly decorated and provided everything we needed. The washer is a plus if traveling for a couple weeks like we were. You can easily walk to shopping , eateries and grocery. Split plan with upstairs/downstairs was nice with two teenagers. Check in window is not big so make sure you communicate with the rental people. The wi-fi wasn't working upon arrival but after several phone calls it was fixed.

Wir wurden von Herrn Martl sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen.

Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr gut erklärt.

Der erste Eindruck entsprach den Fotos.

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, allerdings fanden

wir leere Sektflachen im Küchenschrank neben dem Mülleimer und die großen Messer waren noch verschmutzt.Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

hallo mahr`s fewo team,

wir haben den aufenthalt genossen und sind wieder gut zu hause angekommen.

die fewo ist schön und gut ausgestattet, liegt zentral und hat uns gut gefallen.

in den bädern wäre es von vorteil wenn es mehr haken zum aufhängen gebe.

eine gebrauchsanweisung für die fewo sollte m.e. in der wohnung vorhanden sein.

als mitglied der freiwilligen feuerwehr ist mir aufgefallen, das die türe zum keller abgeschlossen werden muss, um unerlaubtes eindringen zu verhindern. dies dürfte im brandfall fatale folgen für die Bewohner der unteren räume haben. hier sollte ein fluchtschloss angebracht werden.
