The child-friendly 4 star - apartment with fireplace, private garden and 2 bedroom is quiet, in probably one of the most desirable locations of Leogang, at the Steinberg - piste.

After only 150m ski trail through a small meadow, overlooking the 2 634m high Birnhorn, you achieve an ideal beginners slope with a rope tow at the local ski school gladly helps with the first or even farther in the past swings in Kralleralm. Then you can take a few swings at the 2014 opened 10er - Steinberg car that takes you quickly and pleasantly on the magnificent slopes of Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn, Austria's largest contiguous ski area, hover. Even the lower entry-Trail from BIKEPARK LEOGANG runs close to the Quartier. 9 golf courses are located within a radius of 50km.

The Premium - apartment with 3 rooms, where you like to sometimes staying for a while longer, has plenty of space for 4 to 6 people. It has its own complete 170 sqm - garden with three terraces. Here can be in the summer not only relaxing hours in the sun to spend, but also build an igloo, snowman or snow in winter.

Very early on a beautiful, sunny morning, a downhill on freshly rolled slopes or even in powder, easily lead to feelings of happiness.

I am pleased that the young ladies, who are already in their 15s, still like to go on a winter holiday

The ski equipment can be in the storage room in the underground garage - Park the plane. There are also heated shoe rack. For mountain bikes, there is also a separate bike room. Great Space for families

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and storage. Ski in /Ski out and great views of the mountains. Gondola 2 minute ski from apartment, no queues.

You do need a car as there is no supermarket within walking distance. Lovely mountain restaurant 5 minute walk away.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Skiwoche in Leogang und im Apartment an der Piste verlebt. Die Vorbereitung war super, wir hatten alle Informationen, die wir brauchten. Die Lage ist super, da man sehr schnell an der Steinbergbahn (zu Fuß oder per Ski) ist und man am Nachmittag direkt bis zum Apartment per Ski fahren kann. Das Apartment ist wunderbar ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist modern mit landestypischen Elementen, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und verfügt über neuwertiges, sehr gepflegtes Geschirr etc. Auch mit 4 Erwachsenen konnte die Wohnung super genutzt werden, es war genügend Platz vorhanden. Sehr praktisch ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und der Skiraum im Keller. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll wäre ein kleiner Grundvorrat an Holz, damit man den Kamin gleich am Ankunftstag heizen könnte.

Tolles Appartement, Super Lage!

Es gibt bei dem Appartement wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist absolut top.

In der Früh Ski anschnallen und ca 150m über den Skiweg auf die Piste.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter 3 und 4.

Da das Appartement sogar über eine Rodel verfügt, waren die täglichen Wege zur Kralleralm, bzw Krallis Kinderland überhaupt kein Problem, auch wenn die Kleinen mal müde und gehfaul waren :-)

Kommunikation mit Familie Donath war sehr angenehm. Antworten kamen sehr rasch. Bestätigungen wurden pro aktiv an uns verschickt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Ich kann das Appartement nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde auch wieder herkommen.

Super Unterkunft, Lage und Preisleistungsverhältnis

Wir waren mit 5 Personen im Skiurlaub und konnten den Urlaub so richtig genießen.

In Absprache zogen wir 2 h früher ins Appartement, fuhren in die Tiefgarage und packten aus!

Noch am gleichen Tag konnten wir ca.100m entfernt (kleiner Anstieg) die Skier "anschnallen"

und nach einem ersten Ausflug ins Skigebiet zurück bis an die Haustür fahren. Im hochwertig ausgestatteten Appartement fehlte es uns dann an nichts. Also rundherum alles perfekt!

Ihr Rücktritt vom Beherbergungsvertrag ist nur schriftlich unter Entrichtung folgender Stornogebühren möglich:
- bis 6 Wochen vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstag: Höhe der Anzahlung von EUR 250,--
- bis 4 Wochen: 60% des Mietpreises; mindestens jedoch EUR 250,--
- bis 2 Wochen: 80% des Mietpreises
- bis 1 Woche : 90% des Mietpreises
- später als 1 Woche: 100% des Mietpreises
Die % - Angaben beziehen sich auf den Mietpreis, d.h. Kaution und bei Ankunft zu zahlende Gebühren sind ausgeschlossen. Bei verspäteter Anreise bzw. verfrühter Abreise ist 100% des Mietpreises zu zahlen.

Ihre Zahlung von Kaution, Endreinigung und Tourismusabgaben ist verpflichtend. Wasser und Strom in haushaltsüblichen Menge sowie die zentrale Beheizung ist enthalten; für den Kamin geeignete Brennstoffe nicht.

Haustiere sowie das Rauchen im Appartement ist nicht erlaubt.
