High-quality apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of large village in Kals am Grossglockner. The atmosphere in the wooden house stands for cosiness. The apartment is bright with a balcony, 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, shower and separate WC.

In the summer base for hiking, mountaineering and mountain bikes and e-bike tours.

In winter, direct proximity to slopes and trails. It is possible to reach from the house with the skis, the ski lifts. Also ski tours are possible from the house.

Restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

So macht Urlaub Spaß :-)

Neben der gemütlichen, voll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung durften wir auch die private Waschmaschine und den Trockner der Lubachs verwenden. Mit Kleinkind ein riesiger Vorteil. Kinderbett, Wickelauflage, Kinderstuhl, alles wurde ohne Aufpreis gestellt. Kurtaxe musste unser elf Monate junger Sohn nicht bezahlen (im Gegensatz zur Ostsee...). Die Lubachs sind sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sie organisierten uns außerhalb jeder Saison von einem Verwandten Schneeschuhe und Stöcke. Alles wurde frei Haus "geliefert". Wer möchte kann sich abends Brötchen bestellen, die morgens vor die Haustüre gebracht werden. Weiterhin gibt es hausgemachte Marmeladen und Holunderblütensirup zu kaufen. Skischule, Lifte, Wanderwege, alles direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!! Hier kann man nichts falsch machen :-)

Een prima appartement in een fantastisch gebied

We troffen een brandschoon appartement aan. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren die in hetzelfde pand wonen. Het appartement is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder wifi.

De omgeving is ronduit overweldigend. De bergen rondom het appartement zijn ruig en hoog. Ze reiken tot over de 3000 meter. De omgeving is puur, niet verpest door allerlei wintersportbebouwing en skipistes. De wandelmogelijkheden zijn eindeloos. Het appartement ligt op ruim 1300 meter hoogte, reden waarom de avonden wat frisser kunnen zijn. Een tip aan de eigenaren is om iets te doen aan de vele insecten die binnen kunnen komen, bijvoorbeeld het plaatsen van hordeuren. Al met al een prima vakantieadres!
