The Finca Margarita has two bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom with shower and a patio. In park-like garden is a swimming pool with more than 10 x 5 m and a further large bathroom with shower. Your car park it in front of the house in the closed yard. The house is fully equipped with TV, WIFI, washing machine, ... etc. For the cold season is available a fireplace. An ideal vacation accommodation for up to 5 people. one bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second with two single beds. In the living room there is a pullout sofa bed. The beach is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. The house is situated in a quiet and safe location on a private road in El Palmar. The surrounding area is undeveloped and from the roof terrace you have a wide view over the fields and pastures up to the beach and up to Conil. At the campsite, which is only a few minutes from the house, you will find a small grocery store and a cafeteria / restaurant. Also not far away there is a "sandwich", in which you are relaxed in the green, shady garden. In El Palmar you will find three small supermarkets, a fishmonger, three butchers, a pharmacy, and many restaurants and chill bars. From large hotel complexes of the beautiful beach so far remained, fortunately, spared. The area is still rural.
