Location, location, location!

The best things about the property are the location, withing an easy walk of the Old Center, the fact that it's on the first level, so no need to haul the luggage up the stairs, and that there's a garage available for rent at 10 Euros a day right in front of the unit. The other nice things are the kitchen, with a full size refrigerator (many places in Europe have mini-fridges), the bathroom, which was fairly spacious and had a big towel warmer that served as a heater as well, and the comfortable bed in the bedroom. The big minus was the lack of storage space, there were two night "stands", more like crates, you couldn't even put a glass of water on them, there were huge gaps that it could fall through, something that might be a design feature, but completely non-functional, maybe something with drawers would work better. In the living room, there's an armoire to hang some clothes and a sleeper sofa. The sofa is very small, my two tall sons slept sideways, with their legs on the coffee table, so it's really meant for two small children.The floor space was covered in open luggage, as there was not enough storage for clothes or suitcases, so we had to slalom over them. The other complaint was that the heaters took a day and a half to make the air in the apartment comfortable, since we arrived before Christmas, it would have been nice if the owner turned them on higher a day before, we had to wear heavy sweaters to be OK, but taking a shower in the cold air was unpleasant. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay, and not having to worry about parking the car in a lot or on the street was a BIG PLUS!

Semplicemente fantastico

Siamo stati tre giorni, situato in una zona tranquilla, ma vicina al centro. Supermercato dietro l’angolo. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, hanno avuto un problema nell’appartamento che avevamo prenotato e prontamente ci hanno dislocato in un altro più grande allo stesso prezzo. Appartamento pulitissimo e ben tenuto. Innsbruck è molto carina da visitare, noi con un bimbo piccolo ne abbiamo approfittato per fare delle belle passeggiate. Sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento in occasione dei mercatini di Natale, forse non questo anno ma ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento grazioso, pulito vicino al centro storico di Innsbruck

Buongiorno, ho soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento dal 07/12/2017 al 10/12/2017 per il mio primo viaggio ad Innsbruck. La proprietaria e figlia gentilissime e puntualissime all’appuntamento della consegna chiavi. La proprietaria parla anche inglese e la figlia anche un discreto italiano.

L’appartamento è apparso sin da subito pulito e ben curato, con arredamento nuovo e ben funzionante dotato sia di lavatrice che di lavastoviglie e perfettamente riscaldato per le fredde temperature di quei giorni. Ben illuminato e dotato di parecchie prese tipo shuko bipolari usabili anche dai tradizionali caricabatterie italiani Bipolari (nota per il proprietario: la presa in cucina in basso a destra appena entrati è leggermente staccata dal muro). Dotato di utensili per la cucina sufficienti per preparare i pasti, forno e fornelli elettrici e macchinetta del caffè per cialde tipo nescafè. Manca la amata Moka (consiglio di dotare l’appartamento anche di pentoline piu’ piccole tipo scaldalatte). Bagno grazioso, ben pulito, sanitari nuovi con un bel box doccia. Manca il bidet. (segnalo alla proprietaria che un anta della doccia era sganciata nella parte inferiore)

Appartamento perfetto fino a 4 persone (un letto matrimoniale a due materassi + divano letto comodo). Situato a piano terra con rampa di salita per passeggini e comodo parcheggio macchina nella corte privata interna.

Appartamento silenziosissimo sia da rumori eseterni che da rumori provenienti dal piano superiore.

100 metri dal più vicino supermercato, difronte alla fermata del pullman, 500 metri dall’arco di trionfo e 500 dalla stazione ferroviaria (l’appartamento è a 10 metri dalla Wiltener Platz). Consigliatissimo!
