The apartment has all the amenities that make a holiday relaxing. It has been extensively renovated and furnished as comfortably as possible.
The individual areas are separated from each other without a door, thanks to a clever partitioning of the space, so you can pull back if required. Of course there is a bathroom door.
The sleeping area has a 1.60m x 2.00m bed with a medium mattress.
The living area is equipped with fold-out sofa, TV and air conditioning, as well as a loudspeaker with bluetooth so you can connect your mobile phone and listen to your own music.
Adjacent is the kitchen area with herd, oven, refrigerator (with separate freezer), dishwasher and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The dining and lounge area is located in the glazed loggia. From here you enter the private garden, which is completely at your disposal. Enjoy your meals on the wooden terrace in the shadow of the awning overlooking the Esterel mountains and relax on sun loungers under the shade of the mimosa trees. Pick fresh spices for your barbecue or tea in the herb garden.
800m down the road is the beach of La Figueirette with surf school and watersport equipment rental, harbour, some restaurants as well as rental of sunbeds and umbrellas.
You can also visit one of the many small coves where you can snorkel.
Or relax in the pool of our complex a few steps from the apartment.
A small supermarket is 2 km away, where you can buy croissants and baguettes in the morning.
The non-smoking apartment belongs to a closed residence and has its own parking space.
In about 100m distance is a bus stop of the public transport companies.
Some of the signposted footpaths of the National Park of the Massif de l'Esterel can be reached on foot from the apartment.
