Our approximately 32m ² ground floor apartment "Sandbank" - recently refurbished and newly renovated - offers: a chic kitchen with fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring hob incl. Oven and hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need in a holiday kitchen usually.

Sofa bed as a sofa bed for another person, cocktail chair, coffee table, flat screen satellite TV, dining table and chairs, 1 separate large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe,

Shower room and separate toilet, all windows with shutters, sleeps 2-3 people. Dog allowed, free Wi-Fi,

There are no hidden surcharges. Bed linen and towel package are already included.

The beds are made fresh upon arrival.

In this apartment no dogs are allowed

Our beautifully landscaped garden with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue is of course also available.

These and our other, modern and functional apartments, apartments and log cabins are located in the center of the North Sea resort Dornumersiel. From here there are only about 1000 meters to the beach and the idyllic fishing port and the marina.

From the apartments you can reach on foot to the supermarket and the bakery, as well a variety of restaurants nearby. Other shops with supermarkets and discounters can be found in about 5KM distant Dornum.

Our spacious and child-friendly resort with 3 apartments and 3 apartments of about 22m ² to about 85m ² and 3 rustic log cabins (each about 25m ²), located in a beautifully landscaped garden with playground and lawn and large sandpit with beach feeling.

Barbecue facilities are available. Sun terraces with garden furniture and umbrellas are available as well.

Parking is directly at the object - Parking lot.

The beds are freshly made on arrival. Towels are in the so-called basic equipment,

d. h. Per person 2 towels and 1 bath towel, asked.

Bicycles or Bicycle rentals on site possible. A self-service launderette is located in the nearby Bensersiel. Use of washing machine in the facility by arrangement for a small fee as possible.

From Dornumersiel you can reach with day trips to the North Sea island Langeoog.

Neßmersiel is the ferry to the North Sea island Baltrum. Various excursions such. B. to the seal banks are here also in the program.

The coastal towns Neßmersiel and Bensersiel are each only about 8 or 7 KM away.

To "Bear City" Esen is about 10 KM.

Schmutzig und veraltet (kein Stern)

Vor allem die Toilette. 70-er Jahre, auch die Toilettenschüssel, kein Fenster und auch keine Lüftung. Angenehmer Geruch soll über chemische Duftstoffe erzeugt werden, was nicht gelingt, bzw. alles nur noch verschlimmert. Lt. Angabe der Vermieterin soll dies eine Allergikerwohnung sein, also ohne Haustiere. WIr bekamen aber diese Wohnung mit Hund. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, zusammengestückeltes Geschirr. WIr kommen nie wieder!

Owner's Response: Sehr geehrter Gast, Ihrer Bewertung müssen wir ganz energisch widersprechen - wenn Sie hier von schmutzig und veraltet sprechen, kann das so nicht stehen bleiben! Die Wohnung war ganz sicher bei Bezug nicht schmutzig, sondern sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Zudem haben wir diese Wohnung erst im Frühjahr diesen Jahres komplett renoviert und (teils mit Designermöbeln) neu möbliert! Wenn Sie nicht erkannt haben, dass hier neue Möbel und Geschirr geschmackvoll und sorgsam zusammengestellt wurden, so ist das eine andere Sache, davon das hier alles zusamengestückelt sei kann wohl keine Rede sein! Innenliegende Bäder und WC haben naturgemäß keine Fenster - hier aber zu behaupten das keine ausreichende Lüftung vorhanden sei, ist ebenso nicht zutreffend. Merkwürdig ist bei all dem, dass Sie uns während Ihres 9tätigen Aufenthalts auf nichts von all dem angesprochen hatten. Sie schreiben das Sie nie wieder kommen - das ist auch gut so! Davon das diese Wohnung eine Allergikerwohnung sei, haben wir übrigens nie gesprochen. Ihre Gastgeber

Ein älteres Feriendomiziel im Herzen des Küstenortes

Der Vermieter hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Auch unser Hund war willkommen.

Die Ferienwohnung "Sandbank" besteht aus einem großen gemütlichen Schlafzimmer, in dem auch noch zwei Reisebettchen für Kinder Platz finden würden. Wohnküche, Dusche und WC sind dagegen wesentlich kleiner. Um die Ferienwohnung herum gibt es viele Lokale und Läden. Der Markant Supermarkt hat auch Sonntags geöffnet, man kann da gleich gegenüber immer frische Frühstücksbrötchen holen.

Wunderschön sind die Spazierwege zum Stand. Für Kinder oder aber auch für Vierbeiner sehr geeignet.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis geht voll in Ordnung. Allerdings gilt auch hier Kurtaxe 2.50€ pro Tag pro Erwachsenen.
