The GÄSTEHOF by Hartmut Sannecke is located in a village surrounded by forest with a magnificent oak avenue near the Elbe.
The ancient, rambling Tudor house that was the home of a large farm once was, newly renovated and equipped with modern design elements. The guest house can be booked both as a whole house (for up to 10 people) and as a unit (for up to 6 people).
At the GÄSTEHOF there are individually furnished rooms with original furniture from different epochs, a very spacious living and dining area in an interesting mix of old and new styles, an original kitchen from the fifties, an idyllic conservatory and a terrace with garden. There is also a covered table tennis table in the former cowshed and various play facilities for children outside and inside. In the extensive courtyard there are opportunities for barbecues and bonfires.
To the yard belongs a herd of dwarf sheep and three pleasant, agreeable and unobtrusive border collies. The dogs usually do not come in contact with the guests.
The GÄSTEHOF is located in the immediate vicinity of the biosphere reserve Elbtalaue. In September / October rutting season is in the woods around the GÄSTEHOF. Experience this unique natural spectacle up close. More information on request.
