Furnished with beach cottage décor, casual and comfort are combined to enhance the vacation experience. The living room, which is full of natural light, boasts two comfortable sleeper sofas, one queen size and one twin size, truly taking advantage of the given space.

The master bedroom provides a king size bed and private bathroom. A second full bathroom is access from the entrance hallway as well.

The dining area offers seating for six, giving everyone a chance to gather around the table and enjoy a nice meal. The fully equipped kitchen has a simple and efficient design with modern appliances making it easy for guests to feel right at home.

And of course, enjoy the outdoor seating on the back porch while taking in some of Seabrook’s most stunning views.

You can purchase an amenity card with this property allowing you access to all of the Seabrook Club facilities during your stay. The amenities available to you include two challenging private golf courses, tennis center, the equestrian center, swimming pools, workout room, dining rooms and pub with ocean or golf course views. To access club facilities, guests must purchase a Club Access Card for $25 per day, or $150 per week.

This is will be my first unfavorable review in over 20 stays on Seabrook Island many of which were at different Pelican Watch locations. The first night I turned down the comforter and a dead bug was on the sheets. I wish I would have taken a picture. The bedding was worn and the pillows mismatched and overused. On our final day my husband took a shower and took a folded towel off of the rack and a dead bug was folded up in it. Again I should have taken a picture. The sliding door lock was broken and had a rigged lock at the bottom and the door itself was painted and caulked horribly to cover up rust and imperfections. The screen door came off as well as one of the indoor sliding door shudders which I managed to replace myself. The furniture is shabby and smelled strongly of febreeze and had a damp feeling. The bedroom carpet had stains. There was rust in places in the smaller shower and the dryer was rusty in spots as well and was clogged with lint. The kitchen was not well appointed with older and few items. Going out back to go to the beach there was a concrete planter at the foot of the stairs with trash in it. It just felt unclean and I was paranoid when I touched anything. Since we were just staying 4 days we decided to buck up and live with it but we won't be using the company that manages this unit or staying in it again. I gave it two stars because of it's location and the fact that it accepts pets.

Location was perfect!

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island. We really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the fact that it didn't feel overly populated. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was, since it's a lower unit, the walking above us sounded so loud! It wasn't a problem except in the mornings when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, everything was good. We were close to restaurants and shopping and the beach is right out your back door. The island is beautiful and we will be visiting again!

Peaceful Quiet Beach

We loved our time at Pelican Watch. Just what we needed for a quiet getaway. Loved the beach walks, biking on beach and community. We will visit this place again.

We loved it as always

This was our 4th visit here and will probably book it again for next summer. The kids had a wonderful time, as did we. Everyone at the rental company is very friendly and helpful. Will Hayes was a pleasure to work with. Customer service is outstanding!

Pet Friendly Unit and Not Cleaned Well

The place was not cleaned well. Dog hair on comforters, sheets, mattresses, and sofas. They don't dry clean their comforters in between renters. We received comforters that had the previous renters dog's hair. Grossed the entire family out. We must have used 4 lint brushes to clean dog hair off of sofas, mattresses, pillows, and we washed sheets continuously to get the dog hair off of the sheets. Rental company had to come to clean unit 2 times after we moved in to get rid of the dog hair.

On the positive side, the rental location was great. Seabrook is wonderful.

Not to end with a positive note :), I am not sure the rental company does a great job of cleaning. They were nice enough to offer another rental but that one was in worst shape then the one we stayed in. Sofas stained and dog hair in beds and pillows.

I love my dog but don't think I will stay in a pet friendly place ever again.
