The semi-detached house approximately 145m² consists of 3 floors:
On the ground floor is a hallway, which gives access to the spacious living room with TV / Internet (wifi), fireplace and dining room and well-equipped kitchen. A guest bathroom is in the hallway.
Upstairs is a bedroom with 1 double bed (height adjustable) and fitted wardrobes + 1 bedroom with two separated standing bunk beds + cupboards, a bathroom with a gr. Tub, vanity unit with radio etc .. From op floor hallway open massive wooden staircase to the loft leads with windows and 2 separate beds + 1 gr. Spacious shower room with toilet, sink and cupboards.
In the basement there is a washer and dryer, a large sauna with window is separately in the garden.

Wunderbares Haus unter Reet in perfekter Lage

Wir haben uns in diesem traumhaft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe (bei Lister Austernperle) gelegenen Haus unter Reet sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
