This unique Villa is situated in a biological Finca with an orchard and a banana plantation, near the protected natural area of Barranco Ruiz in San Juan de la Rambla. It is an old Canarian house, completely renovated with modern materials. Villa Guincho is also on this Finca, each house with its own private exterior area and garden. Naturally it is possible to rent both houses together.
A variety of vegetable crops are grown on the Finca, which can be picked and consumed by the guests.
Take a shower as if surrounded by the landscape, but with the comfort and intimacy of home.
Ancient walls which can be observed as if they were works of art.
Panels which change the space by opening and closing.
Surfaces designed to be touched and experience their “vegetable” texture.
Bathroom with a starry sky.
Outside spaces where you can hear the singing of birds and feel the natural surroundings of the coastal area.
Designed by architect Xavier Díaz, these Villas are difficult to describe. You must experience them for yourself. Once you've stayed here, you don't want to leave.
Upon arrival, the dedication and love for detail with which the Finca is cared for will astonish you.
A glance at the impressive mountains makes hiker's hearts beat faster. Opposite the mountains is the view of the ocean, in its vast infinity.
The private gardens and terrace cover an area of over 250 m2 and are equipped with barbecue and exterior shower.
Near the entrance are the kitchen and livingroom. Satellite TV and Wifi are available. The interior is generous and decorated with modern colours. The adjacent room can be easily transformed: either a double bed bedroom, comfortable sofa or workplace with desk. Original and beautiful at the same time.
Next is one of the double bed bedrooms and opposite a bathroom with shower and a large window, which gives the impression of having a shower outside surrounded by nature. The corridor with its original floor and artificial grass walls takes you into the main bedroom, with double bed, a big wardrobe and a bathroom with shower overlooking the landscape. The bedroom leads into a patio with its old wine barrel, where you can enjoy the evening with a glass of wine.
Barranco Ruiz is a protected natural area, ideal for hiking and easily accesssible on foot from the house. In the opposite direction lies the ocean.
The village of San Juan de la Rambla borders a traditional Camino Real and is one of Tenerife's most attractive and beautiful northern routes. The village is well known for its fish and rice specialities.
