Our 68 m² apartment is near Playmobil Funpark 2.0 km, Carrera-World 1 km, Nuremberg Exhibition Center, Nuremberg Center 5 km, Fürth Center 4 km, fun pools, restaurants, cafes, bars and various sports facilities. Bus can be reached in 50m, S-Bahn in 2km. Shopping and shopping opportunities within walking distance. The apartment is on the first 1 floor of an apartment building and has a separate entrance. The apartment is bright, quiet and cozy and extends over two levels. On the lower level there is a bedroom, a large bathroom / toilet and the living room, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine etc.). A large dining table and a 50 "TV are also included. Above is a small studio with a comfortable double bed, desk and another bathroom / toilet. Garden (child-friendly, with trampoline, swing, etc.), restaurant within easy reach of the baby monitor. WiFi with VDSL. Car parking at the house, ideal for families, couples and business travelers.

Superb apartment and friendly owners

The apartment is very well equiped and cosy. All rooms were very clean. Our children had a good time in the garden. The friendly owners made us feel welcome and supplied us with lots of good tips for daytrips or navigating through Oberasbach. There's a 'biergarten' next door that is opened several days a week and also offers diners. It is a lovely place and did not cause any disturbance. At the bedroom at the attic there was some noise polution from the traffic on the street (with the window open). Overall: it was a very very good experience.

Wonderful accommodation with get access to bus routes

Well appointed 2 storey accommodation with good connections to bus/UBahn. Next door is fabulous traditional German restaurant with own Brewery and good local style beers. We were visiting The Messe and the public transport worked well. Stephanie and her husband are very friendly and helpful with any issues,e.g. transport connections, local visits etc.

Perfekte Unterkunft, um sich Nürnberg anzuschauen. Super Anbindung an den ÖPNV und Lebensmittelgeschäfte direkt vor der Tür. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch!

Great place to stay while in Nuremberg

This property is a really good place to stay if going to Nuremberg. It is a little far from the city center, but is very close to bus transportation that can take you to the U Bahn. If you don’t mind taking public transportation, this property is highly recommended.
