This is one of the most fantastic white sandy beaches you have ever seen!! The sensational sunsets looking out from the balcony are absolutely stunning. As you drive over the Marco Bridge you feel like you are entering a whole new world. Next to our building is a bird refuge, not another condo under construction. You have complete views of the beach and gulf from the living room and both bedrooms.

Our condominium is on the 17th floor which means the views are even that much more outstanding with no obstructed views or parking lot views. The condo has been completely remodeled with a new marble shower in the master bedroom, new vanities, mirrors and lighting in each bathroom, venetian plaster in dining room and faux finishes in the bedrooms, new tile flooring as well as carpeting, kitchen has been totally remodeled and has new appliances. The condominium is very clean, fresh, and inviting. The fishing in the 10,000 islands is really something to experience. You can even rent a slip for your boat in the harbor behind our building for a reasonable fee during your stay here. There is a complete fitness facility for all to use. There are also 10 tennis courts right on the property that are only used by guests. The entire South Seas Club is entered through a manned security gate and consists of 55 acres of well maintained palm trees and gorgeous flower beds. This is truly a vacation that you will remember.

About Doreen Mangano

My husband Mike and I have three daughters. The girls were young teens when we first purchased this condo, and they love to come here time and time again. Our family has travelled all over the world and my youngest daughter says that her favorite vacation was here in Marco Island. We spent a week with a few other couples and their children and the beach area was totally safe to let the kids run free.

We chose to buy a vacation rental in this area because we have always heard so many positive comments about Marco Island. People love it so much that they come back every year. Some families have been coming down for over 30 years. We have usually preferred to take vacations at different and new locations, but we have fallen in love with Marco Island and continually come back for more.

What makes this condo unique

I want to go back!

We stayed in this unit in December. It is very clean and comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked, there were plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils to make any meal on those days you didn't want to leave the beach long enough to eat out. Best balcony ever! Great view of the beach, lagoon and wilderness area. Balcony is in the shade all day, but still allows gorgeous sunset views. So many shells and sand dollars, overwhelming! The showers have great water pressure, and the beds were comfy. Convenient to elevator, but quiet! No noise. The property was beautifully maintained and very secure. The closet is full of beach accessories, including a heavy duty cart, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. We enjoyed dining at Mango's, DaVinci's, Michael Bob's BBQ, and Marco Island Brew Pub. The service at Joey's was dismal, even though there were only two other families there, and their pizza was mediocre at best. The Brew Pub's food was excellent, and our family meal there was actually the least expensive one we had during the week. Davide's also had great food. We did a shelling tour with Everglades Area Tours in a small six person boat. It was fantastic! A great week. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Beaches & Sunsets, Clean & Quiet!

This was a 2nd trip to South Seas, 14th flor then this unit. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets & even though it was spring break, because the buildings are private, the beaches were very quiet compared to the rest of the island, we loved that! The further I walked out onto the Sand Dollar beach, the fewer people I saw, most of the day I was the only person around! The owner has everything needed, new beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Sadly we had a problem one morning, the condo association deciding to start cutting & chipping trees at 9am right below our balcony, which was supposed to last 9am-4pm for our last 2 days, yikes, we were livid, the noise was unbearable, loud, obtrusive, and there were no notices posted that this was going to happen! How could they do this during spring break of all times? Well, the owner of our condo was very sympathetic and was able to get the noisy work stopped, she saved our last 2 days there from being a pure headache, so the noise ruined 1/2 a day instead of 2 days, but so not her fault...thank you to her for her quick work and immediate response to our frantic phone calls, she did great work getting the noise stopped! Many people talk about the long walk to the water, and it is quite a hike, but I think it's one reason it's so private. The owner told us to keep an eye out for the local eagle, and surprisingly we did see her swooping around the balcony & roof! I live on Colorado and who knew I'd have to travel to FL to see my 1st eagle up close!!! I did have a hard time with the wifi. It works, but even though I have a new phone & bought a pretty new ipad purely because I knew there was no tv in the guest bedroom and I like to fall asleep watching tv, I was unable to stream tv or video of any kind, it kept stalling & timing out. I ended up using a sleep fan app, just wish there was a tv in the guest bedroom...probably the only thing I'd change. One other point that many reviewers refer to is the age of the property, we have found that the condos have been spotless! I mean, you can run fingers across the top of a picture or door frame and find no dirt, to us, that's what mattered more than the age of the buildings. This is now our go-to vacation spot, I can't wait to come back, I'm craving key lime pie & fresh seafood!

Convenient location!

A comfortable and convenient condo right on the beach and with a fantastic view of the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico. Well-maintained set of condo complexes right on Tigertail beach, which looks and feels a little more private and secluded than the complexes in south Marco. A quick 5-10 min walk to the water gave us all the space on the beach that we wanted, and good restaurants were only a few minute drive away. Nicely outfitted unit with lots of natural light and comfortable furniture. We'll be back!

Absolutely enjoyable with a terrific view!

This very-well furnished condo is extremely clean and has a 17th floor view of both Tiger Tail Beach and The Gulf of Mexico to die for, which is enhanced by an extra large balcony. An extremely secure condo complex to stay at with very well-maintained grounds throughout. Owner is extremely accommodating and very easy to deal with, who furnishes everything you'll need for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, coolers, noodle floats, and a beach cart to carry it all in!). So, very easy for any vacationer who is traveling from near or far. An ideal location on Marco Island, central to everything.

Last minute FL getaway

We were pleasantly surprised with the whole process of finding this gem on our last minute getaway from the North. The owner was easy to work with and made sure our stay was memorable (we got the last 3 days that this condo was open for Dec/Jan). The condo was clean and views and weather were breath-taking. South Seas Northwest made our Marco Island vacation a desire to come back too. Definately an area, (South Seas) that we would use again on another Marco Island visit.

Love Marco Island

There is not one negative thing I could think of to say about this property! The listing is very accurate in every way. The condo is extremely clean and well-maintained and anything you need is there for you. The owner was wonderful to work with in every aspect! The location is perfect and everything with the condo and grounds is top notch! When we return to Marco Island, this is definitely where we would want to stay again.

We are located right next to Tigertail Beach which offers many activities. You may rent beach cabanas for shade, kayaks, boats, etc. Right within walking distance. They also have a restaurant there where you can have lunch. They also offer a bird watching guided tour since our condo is next to a bird sactuary
