About this property

Our house called "CASA BELA VISTA ", which means " HOUSE BEAUTIFUL VIEW ". You will have a beautiful view to the village of Predreira and the seafront . The most beautiful is the L -shaped , covered , hidden porch with your own jakuzzi.
Two old about 150 years old, built of volcanic stone houses were converted into a new, very light and airy overall structure. The area between the two old houses is now the living and dining area, the two old houses are the bedrooms. The interior of our Casa leaves nothing to be desired. The light-filled (new indirect lighting) living living room has a wood stove, has a internet TV, CD player (with many CD's), blue-tooth to connect with your smartphone and a free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (incl. Dishwasher) and allowed to cook good to cook and bake. Here is a dining table with 6 chairs and a sofa. 2 bedrooms with new mattresses on the beds and proper duvets (unknown in the Azores) guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. One set of bedding, and two towels per person and week are included in the rental price. The bathroom with toilet and built-in bathtub is spacious and bright and airy because of three windows.

An excellent accommodation with attention to detail and all was provided to make our stay very enjoyable. The welcome pack was very appreciated, the views are stunning, location great and we would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Absolutely stunning

This spacious property has been beautifully transformed into a luxury holiday accommodation option on Sao Miguel and is stunning. Stefan has thought of everything you could possibly want. Very high specifications on all the furniture and appliances, plenty of equipment to cater for yourself with, spotlessly clean and a delightful welcome tray of local produce for your first night. Explicit instructions on how to use everything from the internet enabled TV to the amazing jacuzzi. We used it every day and when the gas ran out Ricardo, local contact, was round within half an hour to sort it. We travelled all over the island and Nordeste is delightful - we will be back and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Make sure you visit the waterfall at Faial da Terra - just one of the local things to do as recommended by Stefan. Truly an idyllic hideaway run by a real superhost. We will be back !

We arrived at the property (Casa Bella Vista) in December. To no surprise, the promising pictures revealed a superb location, from the terrasse an enormous view to the Atlantic. The house was rebuilt, restored from original stone walls, with intent and the result is quite stunning. We enjoyed the quiet location, of course the spectacular views. The interior of the house is exceptionally well done, -- all amenities, including a fast internet connection is as advertised in great condition. The host, Stefan, a great communicator, with a wealth of knowledge about the island was always available for information regarding our adventures (like hiking) ! Our stay was just too short, -- we need to come back ! Jochen

Ein Traum

Tolles Ferienhaus, toller Blick ! Mit Umsicht und Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage im Osten São Miguels ist ruhiger und ursprünglicher als im Westen mit Ponta Delgada. Uns hat es gut gefallen, nach Wanderungen/Ausflügen wieder noch Nordeste zu fahren. Dadurch ist man etwas mehr mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs aber kein Problem. Absolut empfehlenswert!
