Your vacation object: The holiday house is placed on a 1600 sqm and an enclosed garden property with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The property is enclosed with a fence and a hedge. The house is a rammed clay house, therefore, all the rooms are equipped with the wonderful natural building material loam, the matching Lehmedelputzen and his ingenious properties. The owner lives in a separate building on the same estate. The facilities are at your disposal for common use. Relax outdoor at the terrace with parasol, sunlounger and garden furniture. The playground with swing and sandpit makes children's hearts beat faster. Barbecue possibilities are available. The campfire place promises romantic evenings. Clay baking ovens can be used for baking and roasting, a ping-pong table can be set up outside, the tree house is available for children with a water slide (also for the adults), the trampoline is shared, the large "lookout chair" is also available for everyone.
