Superb skiing and boarding are minutes away at Winter Park and Mary Jane. Ther free bus shuttle stops near the Unit. Tubing at nearby Fraser Tubing Hill is a fun break from skiing and a treat for the kids. Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowmobiling are all close by. Grand County has hundreds of miles of public trails. In summer enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, tennis, golfing and more. Historic Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park are a short drive. Nearby Hot Sulphur Springs features natural hot springs and a health spa. The Summer Rodeo is a local favorite.

Meadow Ridge condos

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and enough room for all of us. We were able to enjoy the snow and concentrate on the family.

Great stay!

Clean and spacious townhome in 3 levels with an attached garage. Close to all the things you need in town and only 10 min drive to Winter Park village. The clubhouse had all the fun activities. 2 outdoor hot tubs are large enough to fit many people so didn’t feel crowded. Overall great stay!!

My wife and I live in Denver. We enjoy spending time with our family at the Townhome. They like the snowboarding and snowmobiling, and we like relaxing with a good book and glass of wine and watching the sunset over Byers Peak.
