Completely renovated 3 1/2 room apartment on the second floor of a beautiful Engadine house in a central, sunny and quiet location (the Quartierstrasse "Vi" is closed from 22:00 o'clock for all traffic). The a Engadinerhaus exceptionally large windows bring lots of light in the apartment and also allow a beautiful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. This view you can enjoy of course also from the balcony (about 6 m2).

In only 2 minutes walk from the park 'Engiadina Scuol' and the stop of the local and ski bus. You can park your car in the public, toll-free parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the house (about 80 m = 2 minutes walk)
