About the property

185 sqm villa, quiet location above the harbor, in the whole year you can live.

Detached 185 sqm villa with beautiful garden, large pool and terraces. Here you can spend the whole day outside in the sun, or in the shade. But not only in summer, but even in winter, you can enjoy your stay in Port de Sóller, because the villa has not only air conditioning, but also central heating and an open fireplace in the living room. The weather is actually fantastic, except sometimes in November, February, and now and then in April, almost all year round. Especially for hikers & golfers, because outside the high summer (30-40 °) the temperatures are very pleasant = in winter / spring 10-24 ° and in autumn / winter 26-10 °.

When approaching the house can be seen directly. It lies in a dead end alone at the beginning of a "loop bend" and is surrounded by a green zone.

This road leads up from below to our villa.

What "funny" is - the impasse has 2 names and as the villa in the curve is, you can see both names on the Internet, or if you go around the curve / drives.

Our entrance is on the - Carrer de França, 30 - and at the back of the house begins the end of the street with the new name - Carrer de Puerto Rico.

At the entrance gate, where you can park next to a garage, there is a staircase that leads up to the garden with pool area, terrace and summer kitchen. There is also the entrance to the house. But you can also go by car to the garden entrance gate, which is in the curve, and park there on arrival and departure, so you do not have to carry your luggage up.

The entrance leads from the garden to the ground floor, where the living room, a hall, the kitchen with utility room and on the terrace a guest toilet.

The living room is equipped with 1 couch and 2 armchairs, 1 dining table and 6 chairs, desk + chair, 1 closet and desk, TV + stereo and a fireplace.

The kitchen has everything you need. Fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine + coffee capsule machine, sink, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc., and also a dishwasher and a washing machine.

From the hallway leads to a staircase to the upper floor, where the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located.

On the top left next to the stairs is the first bedroom, which is furnished with a king size bed.

Right next to the 1. Bedroom, entrance from the corridor, is a bathroom with shower / tub, sink, bidet and toilet. There is also a plastic baby bath which can be moved back and forth. The next bedroom, further to the right in the hallway is the entrance, has 2 single beds and the third, which is at the end of the corridor, has a 1.80x2.00m double bed and bathroom en suite, with shower, sink, bidet + WC.

All bedrooms have wardrobes or full. There are also 2 baby / toddler beds available. Please inform if you need additional baby / toddler bed (s).

Outside in the garden there is the pool, which is large and also fast deep and on the terraces is the summer kitchen and a guest toilet.

There are plenty of parking facilities at the house.

The villa is located in a quiet area, yet very close to the center with shops and restaurants, beach and harbor and the pedestrian area.

The house can be enjoyed as in the spring and in the winter during the summer, since the sun is always achieved and it is close to beautiful hiking trails in the Serra de Tramuntana.

If you do not want to rent a car, you can take a bus (must be booked in advance) from the airport to Palma and from there to the port of Sóller.

There is the stop in the first roundabout and in about 10-15 minutes, depending on the luggage, you can reach on foot the villa. As the road goes up, however, it is not so easy with luggage.

For arrivals and departures you can drive the car into the garden area, so that you can load and unload your things more conveniently. Please call and inform my house manager, as the entrance gate, which is in the bend, can only be opened from the inside.

Arrival time: from 15. 00h to 20. 00h

Departure time: until 11. 00h in the morning

Since after the departure the house, garden & pool cleaned and the laundry must be washed etc., (= 4 hours work of the cleaning women & gardener) were the o. G. Times set.

Lovely position and spacious

At the apex of a bend and facing mountains, lovely pool and large rooms. We had problems with cleanliness on arrival - hair on floor, crisps and dirt under the sofa and used cotton-bud on a bedside table but we understand that new cleaners had just taken over the contract.

Terrible trouble on our last night with very noisy next door neighbours who were partying in to the very early hours on the balcony next to our bedroom. Meant we didn't sleep.

Owners and lettings manager (Anna) are all delightful and popped round to introduce themselves to us.

Sun, sea and mountains - dream villa in a quiet location above the Port de Sóller Port.

She is quiet, yet centrally located.

This beautiful villa is on its own while turning a blind alley and is surrounded by a green zone. Within minutes of the beach, the harbor, restaurants, shops and hiking trails can be reached. For example, the restaurant Sol y Sombra is within walking distance in 5 minutes.

On a beautiful property, with garden, pool, terrace and barbecue area, the villa has been equipped with a cozy living room with open fireplace, a kitchen, three bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and another bathroom. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning but also with central heating, so you can enjoy the time here both in summer and in winter. Next to the house there is ample parking.

Here in town you are not dependent on cars.

You can drive with the historic tram from the port to Sóller and from there with the historic train to Palma.
