Great!

  • 5 of 5

Great, the location was amazing not to far but not to close to the main attractions about a 10-20min drive depending on where your going and traffic. Great for sleeping in! Had a a couple of places and coffee shops right around the corner! Defiantly would stay there again!

Perfect for jazzfest...or any weekend

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I recently stayed in the cottage for jazzfest weekend. The neighborhood was charming, very pedestrian friendly. The cottage was perfect for two, small but very well appointed. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Caeser was a gracious host and allowed early check-in. Very reasonably priced, especially for jazzfest! We had a great time!!!!!

Great location but very small

  • 4 of 5

The location of this unit is really nice and the neighborhood is terrific. The unit was very clean and neat however, we did detect a musty smell that dissipated after having the ac on for awhile but was still present. The bedroom is nice but no drawers or place to put your clothes although there is an ample closet to hang clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the day bed will be very comfortable to sleep on but was awkward to just sit on. As noted by others, the fridge is a tiny half size unit that does not have ice but is perfect for keeping a few things cold although there were no cups other than coffee mugs for drinks. Stove and sink are pretty much not usable but there are so many great places for food, coffee, etc. just around the corner that this did not matter. AC is very noisy but works well. Bathroom was clean with really nice towels but again very small. The owner seemed really accommodating when I asked if we could arrive early. Overall I would recommend this for 2 people as the location is great and the price is terrific for anyone on a budget.

This is a great location. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us.

  • 4 of 5

Liked the house. If you cook, be mindful that you have a 2-eye stove. There was no hot water in the kitchen. It is a dorm-size fridge. Knowing that, I will happily stay again but will be prepared. Very clean. Cozy. Nice courtyard.

Our quick trip to New Orleans

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was small, but perfect for two. The patio was wonderful to drink our morning coffee on. We loved the location, Maple Street was awesome. The short walk to the street car was perfect for getting around. Can't wait to bring my husband back with me.

Small but sufficient

  • 5 of 5

The Cottage was very small but had just what we needed: comfy beds, coffee pot, great location! It was clean, cool, and within a short walking distance to parks, restaurants, and the St. Charles streetcar line. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no trouble finding a parking spot. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay!
