About this property

Small, cozy 2-bedroom apartment (30 m²) with a spacious terrace facing south: living room with flat screen TV (satellite reception / DVD), radio / CD player and wireless internet. Bedroom with double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with small dining table and exit to the private terrace. Bathroom with tub / shower. Sheets and towels are included in the rent. It is a Non smoking apartment.

Our two cozy apartments are located in a single house with large, mature garden in a quiet, central location in Altwesterland. There is respectively a spacious south facing terrace available. We attach great importance to the fact that our homes are always in excellent condition. 5 minute walk to the city center. 10 minute walk to the main beach.

Etwas eng, aber ok.

Sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein paar mehr Haken wären gut sowie ein Hocker im Bad.

Für unsere Belange ausreichende Unterkunft. Relativ kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, die Innenstadt und zum Strand. Darüber hinaus sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieter.
